I had to chase the order. I was advised it would arrive in two days, unfortunately I had to chase and it took nearly six days.

Best price I have found! Have a strict process to initially order. Once reviewed fantastic service, delivered within 24 hours

All fine with the products and the prices are fair. However, the turn around times seem to change all the time so you never know when the products are going to arrive. Sometimes it takes 1 day for approval, sometimes 2 and sometimes 3. This is all fine except you need to be at home to receive the delivery and you never know which day it will come. It’s so hard to manage when you work full time at an office & constantly need to rearrange your schedule to ensure you’re home for delivery. I wish they would just be consistent.

Have used Med. marketplace for a while without any problem at all. Always there to sort out any queries.

Much quicker turn around and delivery than usual

Medicine marketplace is good to but sometimes it takes longer than expected for your product to arrive to you. When you are a return customer it should be easier to get your product because your details are already in the system. Thanks you

Gone down hill with ordering they were very good but the last 3 purchases have been extremely slow on delivery, I have waited at least a week for the order to arrive, plus each month they are asking for more personal information and that's requested after payment in separate email. With the first order I understand the need for extra information but month on month it's becoming to much.

The customer service department was good on this one occasion. The mix up with the new website is frustrating. I am constantly being asked to repeat various questions.
The price of medication is excellent.

Fabulous company, competitive pricing and smooth transaction. Filled out all the information asked for , one approved i had my package within a couple of days.

I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year, not swapped and changed suppliers.
My order this time I’ve had lots of issues.
Asking for more information but not sending me an email to ask for the information (yes I checked the spam).
When I enquired via the support box never had a reply.
When I asked for a refund no customer service to enquire why.
The only positive was the lovely ladies on the phone when I had to call on 3 occasions to solve this issue.
I will now consider if I will order with you again.

Although dispatched I haven't received it. That's nearly 300 quid down the drain. I'll wait and see what they say when they answer my email.
