Didn’t receive order, slow resolution
Edited as I have now received a refund and they say they have resolved issue they had with my order with sending to NI.
Original: I purchased an at home test kit on 23/09. On 05/10 it still said processing so I asked the WhatsApp number for an update. They said they would look into and get back to me. I had no update so asked for another update 08/10. They let me know that my order was rejected by Royal Mail due to my address in NI but that they have sent packages to NI before with no issues and that they would try again. Still no package by 16/10 so I asked for another update and they said “Hmm checking” and no other reply. Messaged again 21/10 asking for a refund which they agreed to. 29/10 and no refund received and I’ve just asked for another update update and they’ve told me they will look into it tomorrow. There should be an option to speak on the phone instead of this WhatsApp nonsense.

Avoid this company and read all 1 star reviews before parting with your money and ask yourself why they do not have any google reviews
Very difficult to deal with they only answer what’s app refuse to reply to emails
They make it very difficult to get a refund messing you around making excuses then only refunding part of the money

Charge you for dhl shipping then post it Royal Mail for a fraction of the cost

Dear customer, we are sorry that the delivery mixup occurred. We have now implemented an improved procedure. We use Royal Mail for before 1pm next day also and not just DHL.
We gave you a refund for that.
We only use whatsapp in writing for support not email. It’s not monitored and you were advised by email to contact us on whatsapp.
We wish to point out the abusive whatsapp messages we also do not reply to them.
We have zero tolerance for abusers.
Anyone can contact us on whatsapp with any concerns and we will do our best to assist them.

Questionable results
I liked that they had many tests and for HPV they can identify the strain.
Although they gave me a negative clear test result and when I told them it would be impossible they said the would test the same sample again a week later.
I questioned how they could retest my sample and if it would valid still. I would have thought they would have disposed of it.
I asked if I could send it another new sample. But they refused and said they will retest. They gave me a result positive result but I feel it is untrustworthy and probably made up.
Not worth it, wish I read the reviews before

1 year ago is a long time to wait to make a review. However we have different customer service now and will happily make a free 2nd test for you.
Please read our reviews as they are excellent. I wish you had read them before.
Our policy is to offer a second test kit for free if any result is in question as sampling procedures are often not followed correctly.
We have very professional staff for the last 6 months since the change of hands. And I invite you to try them out for free.
Quality control is very important for us and staff who make errors frequently are let go. And in 2025 we retain only the best quality people.
Please let us know on whatsapp for your free test. All our tests and especially our HPV are validated with the protocols of inter laboratory testing.

If I could put zero stars I would. If you read through all of their reviews you can tell they are written by someone who sounds like a scammer. This company charges a lot of money, has no customer service other than WhatsApp. Sent me a kit with missing items and when I asked about it took a long time to reply. I then asked for a refund as their messages weren't making sense.
They told me to send photos of the kit which I did. They then said to post it back recorded delivery and I would receive a refund. I have message screenshot of all of this.
When I asked them where my refund was over a month later, they told me because I'd opened the kit I cannot receive a refund. I said they are scammers and they told me I'm the scammer and threatened me with 'legal terms'. Their customer service is appalling and so are their kits which don't even have full items required.
Disgusting. They are continuing to message me threatening me telling me I am abusing them. Blocking them now

Medical tools like swabs and lancets and plasters and wipes are able to be returned for refund. When we realised that the customer had open alter kit and handled all of the items we had to abide by the law which says he can’t return it. When the kit is opened you can’t return it. That it in our terms also. The customer because abusive and threatened a bad trustpilot review if we don’t do what he wants. Of course we don’t give in to blackmail. Now he has attempted blackmail we have no choice but to report him to the police. He won’t get his refund. And we will send the case to legal for abuse and breach of terms of contact.

Massive massive massive scam. Says online results will be with you in 2-3 days. I’ve been waiting over 1 week and phone calls are ignored. My test was never received to the lab. It went all the way to London and returned back to me. If you ask for any help on WhatsApp all they say is they won’t tolerate ‘abuse’ when your asking a simple question of when the results will be online. STAY AWAY, DO NOT USE!!!!!!

Dear customer that registered the wrong name and didn’t have your ID correlate with your name and email address. Possibly using someone else’s ID. - you was tested 4 months ago and you said that you was a certain particular result but you didn't say for what. Results Status does change after months or even weeks for but also you failed to deliver the test report as part of our procedures. And we do offer a GP appointment option to discuss results and treatment if you would like to talk to the GP please feel free also. But it’s a video appointment and they will check your ID so we don’t have confusion. At this stage it appears that your using someone else's name as you refuse to produce an ID to verify that your very strange email and name used do not actually correlate and we have a duty to inform the police of cases of false identity we give you 30 days to resolve the identity issue. Especially since you are making such a big deal in public and not in private we all want to know who you really are ?

I paid £99 for a test with Medicine Online and attended the nominated pharmacy at the agreed time. When I arrived, the pharmacist had no record at all of my appointment.
I tried contacting customer service, but nobody replied to my calls or messages.
This experience has left me extremely disappointed. It feels either like a scam or an extremely disorganized company. I strongly advise others to avoid at all costs until they improve their service.

The appointment was for a test. If you choose urine or swab it’s up to you. Both is available. The blood test part was done also for your test.
You can do another visit and take the swab if you changed your mind and want a swab. It’s not correct to say that we didn’t have swabs.
The clinic has given a written statement to us that they have many swabs available and they are free. Please consider selecting a swab and we will test it for free.

Very slow. Ordered next day tests with DHL delivery. Arrived via Royal Mail, sent back via Royal Mail. They’ve had my sample for over 2 days and not showing as received in their system and no response from customer service.

Wish I could give zero. I would say AVOID at all costs. I was taken in by the quick turnaround promise and an attractive NHS discount. Preying on scared people who want results quickly. Promised 1 day delivery, admittedly ordering in the evening so I expected a day delay. 2 days later, no reply other than auto reply on WhatsApp, no proper tracking number on the order.
Wish I had properly read the reviews before purchasing, will be pursuing a refund or claiming through my bank.

- Conspiring to conceal damage to company assets causing £100,000 damage.
- Co-Conspiring to trick the company of £4300 cash.
- Inflated hours not matching with HubStaff tracking. Refusing to reply to accounts department time-sheet queries.
1. You and Rahul Sidrahan were reported to the Police in December 2024 by Your Replacement for falsifying work time sheet records to defraud the company £4300 in the last 2 months of your employment. You made false work records to fill gaps and inflate time sheets to bypass Hubstaff tracking.
2. You failed to Register for HCPC.
3. £100,000 Damage jointly caused by you and Mr Sidrahan: only after extensive video evidence that you finally admitted to the damage. Mr Sidrahan also admitted in writing that he damaged property.
4. Instead of placing customers first you frequently left customers outside the location complaining. even a local clinic was angry with you. And on multiple occasions you failed to turn up to work at all, you didn’t even inform anyone simply disappearing with a complete disregard of patients.
5. One of your main tasks was to validate tests according to UKAS, company procedures and SOP's. Validation and Accuracy was solely your responsibility.
The Director and Lab Manager audited and checked your validation work each week and the information and supporting evidence showed that you were doing this aspect correctly except in the last 1 month where your standards slipped.
Ms Eilleen Shi under your location leadership the customer complaints were higher than others who had your role. You improperly used plates and kits in the wrong sequence carelessly disregarding date sequences and thereby placing additional validation time consuming procedures and requirements at play in order to to meet the company’s stringent safety and quality standards. We had to throw out £20,000 of kits.
In order to get this senior position you told us that you had a full-time paid job in a University Lab. By the time we found the truth (that you were a student and you had zero compliance training) we had already invested over £15,000 training you. We understand that your resistance for compliance was because you didn’t have compliance experience in a British Performance focused Lab.
Ms Eileen Shi is not to be trusted. Ms Shi has no serious interest in Healthcare compliance in the industry and indeed left the industry and also left the UK in 2024.

After reading all the mixed reviews, I was skeptical. But I wanted to try for myself and decided to review. I had no issues whatsoever. The process was quick, easy and hassle free. Everything is tracked via your online account and all results received within the week of sending my sample. Will definitely use again. And will recommend to others.

I ordered a blood test, where I take a sample at home and post it to them. Royal Mail confirmed delivery. But Medicines Online couldn't find the sample. It was important that the sample be tested when I wasn't feeling well so I didn't want to send them another sample, over a week later, for which they wanted me to pay £10 for another testing kit. I asked for a full refund which they refused. --- Understand what they have done: they misplaced a sample that had proof of delivery from Royal Mail, then they wanted me to pay £10 for a new test kit and would not refund me for a service they didn't provide due to their own failures. No reputable company behaves like this.

Don’t Fall for the Hype – They’re Paying for Stars
Initially, I was excited about this product because of the hundreds of 5-star ratings. Turns out they gamed the system with paid reviewers. The medicine did nothing for me and even triggered side effects. I reported several reviews that were clearly fake, but they keep reappearing. This is a scam, and people’s health is at stake.

An incredibly poor experience
An incredibly poor experience. The service lacked professionalism, was unpredictable, and was slow. I bought because of the positive reviews, but now I find that most of them are either faked or bought. If the service was really good, they wouldn't have to purchase favorable reviews. Look elsewhere for more honest procedures and better service to save time and money.
