Impossible to navigate their website. It’s like going back 25 years when some websites weren’t as easy to use. On my order it says ‘deliver to a different address’, I untick but it won’t let me proceed. I’ve filled the address in twice in the hope of progressing to payment but it then says no shipping options are available. I’ve tried many times over the past month with the same error messages. I’m surprised they sell anything. I live in Wales, it’s a uk website. Not sure what the problem is or why they haven’t fixed it but I’m not trying again

There have been so many problems with getting this pharmacy to sort out my repeat prescriptions, and I'm sick of how their inability to do the one thing they're meant to do has a terrible knock on effect on my health
