It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The staff is dishonest—they promise one thing but do another. They also demand full payment before even starting the work. Especially doctors wassim turkmani are unprofessional and even seemed confrontational. There’s definitely something off about this place.

A thankful patient
I just had my implant treatment done with Medico and the service exceeded all my expectations. The treatment plan was prepared in a very clear and comprehensive way, by taking in consideration all my request, alongside the professional assessment of the dentist. I was also offered the best treatment quality, money and time wise. Once I arrived in Istanbul for my treatment I was assisted with transfers from airport to the hotel, which were arranged for me in advance, and the clinic was at just walking distance. All staff spoke very good english and were kind and helpful. The most important part was the treatment performed in a professional way, while the doctor was explaining all steps and what was to be done next. From the first visit I felt I was in the right hands and place. Thanks to the treatment I got at Medico Clinic I can now enjoy eating all kinds of food and also speak and smile in public with confidence. Thank you Medico, wishing you lots of success and happy patients!

Clinic accepts bad service by repaying half my fee
I had missing and damaged teeth replaced by new ceramic teeth. I visited the Clinic two times in 2024 for two steps of treatment, in March and August. At first, I was happy, but after 2-3 months back home, my new teeth started to crack and break because of the poor quality of the ceramic. I complained to the clinic who have repaid to me 3,900 Euros out of the total 8,000 Euros fees I paid. This demonstrates the Clinic agree they provided a poor service and materials. I still wait for the remainder of the fee so I can have the work corrected by a good dentist in Europe.

From the beginning, you were fully informed about our treatment guarantee, which clearly states that any necessary corrections are covered by free in-clinic treatments—not financial refunds. Despite this, as a goodwill gesture and to accommodate your demands, we went beyond our standard policy and refunded you €3,900, an exception that was made purely to show our commitment to patient satisfaction.
Furthermore, in an effort to bring this matter to a fair resolution, we even offered to pay the remaining €4,100, provided that you sign a mutual agreement confirming the receipt of the full amount and ceasing further defamation against our clinic. Unfortunately, you refused to sign and instead continued to damage our reputation by encouraging others to post false negative reviews, despite the fact that we have already made an exception for you.
It is also important to note that your demand for a full refund disregards the teeth and implants that remain in perfect condition, as well as the hotel and transportation services that we provided during your treatment.
We remain open to dialogue and professional resolution, but we will not tolerate defamation, false accusations, or disrespectful communication. If you are genuinely seeking a solution, we invite you to act professionally and accept our fair proposal, rather than resorting to damaging actions.
We are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of dental care, and we stand by the quality of our work. We will continue to provide ethical, professional, and high-quality dental services to our patients who genuinely seek care and fair treatment.

The coordinator assigned to my case, Anas, made my experience with Medico both remarkable and effortless. The level of care provided for my dental needs was truly exceptional and phenomenal. From tooth shaving to root canals, and from gingivectomy to the placement of Zirconium crowns of Hollywood Smile quality, every procedure was executed smoothly and comfortably. To begin with, I would like to give a big shoutout to my medical coordinator, LANA, who works for medico clinic. She was above and beyond my expectations and very professional; she walked me through the whole process from beginning to finish. I had an amazing time with medico clinic. My treatment has been excellent. I have had zirconium crowns fitted. All the staff have been amazing. I've been very well looked after. From being picked up at the airport to the hotel stay and the in-clinic treatment, it has been a 5-star experience. I would highly recommend MEDICO CLINIC.
