Ordered a foot massager and have not received, phone number disconnected and not responding to emails. Scam!

Ordered a shoulder brace after watching YouTube add,waited a month for it to arrive no heat pad or vibrating attachment, big rip off, I wish I had visited this review site first, lesson learned, don't order it's a scam

Ordered hearing aides online from this company. After a couple of weeks, I received a shipping notice with a tracking number which turned out to be bogus. Phone number is still "not a working" number. I did receive a text message from Jessa Jane who has been very helpful. Aides finally arrived yesterday, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. They work OK and the fit is comfortable. This is NOT a glowing recommendation for MedicPure but everything worked out ok. Be careful when ordering online !

I brought a pair of these in December 2024 . At the begining of February 2025 the blue (left) stopped working all together. I got in touch and there response was they are out of warranty and offered me 10% against a new purchase.
They should at minimum surely offer a year's warranty . On this showing I would suggest not dealing with Medicpure .

I cannot use them. Do not fit. Need to return them now.please I need to send them back now I am very disappointed in the help I am fitting. I am trying to return something back now and cannot get help

This company is a total scam. Look them up on the internet. Not bbb approved. Don't waste your money. Now I have to file a report with Capitol one. They took my money. No tracking no shipment. No nothing.

Well ordered a shoulder messager with heat last week in Nov. It's is now 15th of Dec and no word on my purchase. Don't waste your money with Medicpure. By the time it gets here if it gets here will have seen my Dr. and got another fix. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!

Worked five minutes and never worked again.

When ordering, I thought they said my hearing aid would be here in a week. I contacted them 10 days later when I couldn't track it. Thet fave me another way to track. This showed a label had been made. More than a month after ordering them, my hearinf auds arrived. In the manual for getting ready, they say use a cotton swab to remove wax/debris fromthe ear canal. That usually pushes debris IN as well as being contrary to hearing professionals' advice. There were 2 types of domes included to get a good fit. One had 3 sizes and the other had those 3 plus one that ws smaller. I needed that smaller size. Unfortunately the opening to attach those domes to the hearing aid was smaller than what snapped into it. I emailed support and never heard back. I used the smallest size of the other domes but I had to keep pushing them back in my ears when they started working their way out. While waiting for support to respond, I was in a room with people talking. The person standing 3 feet away, talking with someone else, sounded just as loud as the person speaking to me. I could understand neither.

I gave one star simply because I couldn’t give no star , don’t believe this company your order and money goes to them and them all their products a sent from Shatian Dongguan China , they promise express delivery well 14 days and still waiting soon PayPal will intervene avoid at all cost

Purchased a Medicpure : 2 in 1 knee & shoulder brace. Received opened box . No instructions , along with no male/ female shoulder strap. Tried contact them by text- e- mail several weeks ago. No reply! Telephone number given by seller- worthless! ( 646- 772- 1232. Try, calling- them? Order# 33726. No, resonse- I will contact: Better Business Bureau t I assist!

After waiting over a month for my knee massager, got it finally and it's broke!!! They claimed they were sending a replacement out over another month ago now and nothing!!!! No responses from them at all. Of course the phone number they list, they don't answer and no more responding to my emails. Lost $56!!!! Buyers beware!!!!
