My doctor told me to google the nearest
doctor to me. Thanks for the £59 advice.

Was also very passive aggressive on the video call.

Absolutely terrible, avoid and save your time and money!

Absolutely terrible! I am so furious! The prescription never arrived. The doctor had no clue about what to do with a simple food poisoning. The funniest thing this GP recommended me to book an appointment with my regular GP(then why the hack I booked an Appointment with a private one?!) Had to diagnose myself and request the prescription that never arrived! The customer service person on the phone sounded like she was 12 years old and just rolled out of bed.

I wish I checked the reviews here before booking the appointment with them. This company needs to sort their act together.

Paid £50 for only a 10 minute appointment

Paid £50 for only a 10 minute appointment, not only did the video call not work and I had to do the appointment through a normal call when the concern was about a skin problem but then when I wanted to ask a question about something else I was told I need to book another appointment to discuss the matter. The only solution I got told was to go see a dermatologist and I won’t see one for another month that’s why I wanted a gp appointment and I won’t see my regular gp for another 2 weeks as well.

Rapid Antigen tests for entry to Hong Kong
The Rapid Antigen tests were received promptly. We submitted our test results less then 24 hours before flying to Hong Kong and had had not expected the doctor's certificate to arrive until sometime on the Sunday morning. However, the certificate arrived before bed on the Saturday night so we were able to relax and have a good night's sleep knowing that we had our requisite paperwork ready for our flight check to check in with British Airways.

the doctor was late to the call by 10…

the doctor was late to the call by 10 minutes
the doctor said that we could get the prescription filled at any pharmacy but this is incorrect
the pharmacy we found said that the anti-biotics prescribed were not for an ear infection but were for an eye infection
the anti-biotics took 5 days to arrive at the Pharmacy as, according to the Pharmacist they were not readily available
very dissatisfied

The test arrived within a couple of days. The registration process was very straightforward and the confirmation letter was delivered within the advertised time. Excellent service all round.

Recheduled appointment due to my error

Recheduled appointment due to my error. I was made to feel at ease and not judged for my error by the operator. Appointment with gp excellent. I felt listened to and he asked to revert to phone call to hear me clearly as videoing was intermittent.

Waste of time and money

I paid £50 for a medical expertise on a video call. Not only was it wrong (went to the doctor through NHS 2 days after who solved the issue properly) but i was supposed to receive a follow up email the next day with further instructions as i was going to be referred further. I haven’t received absolutely anything except emails asking for a review. I’m really disappointed and will never use Medicspot services again.
