Ordered twice a prescription fot…

Ordered twice a prescription fot atorvastatin to control my cholesterol. Put in two requests no answer despite the doctor at freezywater surgery telling me my body naturally produces cholesterol. Not surprisingly my latest blood tests show an anonymoly with my liver reading. High cholesterol can cause problems with your liver. The surgery are saying I need to have another blood test in four week's. Without the atorvastatin it will.be even worse

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless, waited a week for an appointment and when the time and day comes, they can’t be bothered to call, whatever happens now is on them

Tomorrow never comes..

I continue the trend on Google with this so-called Surgery, giving it a one star - wishing it could be a zero.
I've been with this Surgery from May 1 this year, I have repeat prescriptions for pain killer opiates, and have not received one single prescription since that time. EVERY DAY all I get from the doctor and the receptionist is "we will try to do that job tomorrow" and of course tomorrow never comes. That's FIVE WEEKS with absolutely nothing, and hence leading to the obvious task of me calling 111 and going through that rigmarole of persuading that OOS doctor there that I need to have the medication.

Also a certain receptionist there insists on calling me Miss - eventhough I'm a Doctor, and when I had to correct for the second time on the same telephone call, she said it was an abusive phone call and hung up. If she can't handle that then she can't handle anything and should not be working with people. In fact none of them should, because this surgery is an absolute farce, and so anti-health, and I would not recommend it if I was paid £1Million to do so.

I do know that this is a CCG ultimate revenge because they allocated me to the surgery, when I told them how useless they are.
