Ordered sternum brace but was delivered to a completely different location, seller does not reply to emails so can only assume it’s a SCAM

I placed an order over a month ago, still not received, no response to any of my emails and the contact number not in use.
AVOID!!!!

Not reachable on calls and not answer on e-mails . Tracking number not valid. Not recomand .

I was a bit suspicious when I read the trust pilot reviews and needed to call the company to contact someone in there. I could not reach them at the first time and left a voicemail. They called me back in around 15 minutes and answered all questions for the posture corrector I was thinking about the purchase. I needed the item as I am working for very long hours on my desk and it causes posture problems with lots of pain. The item has a perfect quality and started to do its job from the first minute.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND SAVE YOUR MONEY...

I ordered a posture corrector from this company. For this product, the only information on the website was a measurement from the base of the neck to the waist. Following this I ordered an xxl for my tall 23 yr old daughter. When the product arrived it included a waist and bust measurement (not included on the website) which indicated she was actually only a medium! I contacted them regarding a return and politely suggested they include these additional measurements on the website as a more helpful guide and was told the website measurements were 95% accurate and that the mistake and cost of returning were mine! However I did receive the replacement item within a week and am looking forward to seeing if it helps with my daughter’s upper back pain.

Does this company even exist? I ordered a Nebulizer for my father on Sunday & still waiting. This was urgent obviously so was expecting to receive it by Weds at the latest. Infuriating that you can’t talk to someone as it divers to voicemail every time?? I will not be using them again. Trying to get a refund should be fun.

Fantastic product. I have tried and tested many of these things in the past, usually costing between 1.99 and 4.99. Discarded them all after just a few days. I decided to pay a little more, for around £10 the difference in quality is mega. As soon as you unpack this you know it is a serious piece of kit. I've been wearing it for several days now and apart from relieving the pain in my knee, I actually walk better with no pain whatsoever. Well worth the extra cost. Thank you.
