Bad service with no reaction to customer

4 days ago, I ordered a makup table and 2 bed tables online and paid the invoice fully, then I got an confirmation email for my order without saying when will it be delivered to my house.

I tried to call their number in the website 5 times during working time but no one pickup (even though they said they are 7days available in the website), I sent email to klantenservice and receive NO response.

I am in trouble because trusting this company and I am going to call the police to see what they can do with this bad service company.
