I bought the original medipen 10 years ago to try out for my daily headaches and migraines, it was OK, had a very tight draw, taste was OK using the different flavours, the liquid went brown very quickly, the plastic cartridge used to condensate, I used it for 4 years then moved on to bigger vapes and used stronger CBD e liquids with those, which did really help my pain and helped me relax.
Time passed by and due to throat irritation from vaping a lot, (I was getting through around 3.5ml per day, mainly due to habit) I stopped vaping CBD about 18 months ago.
Last week I had an email from Medipen telling me about the new redesigned Medipen 2.0 along with the new glass cartridges, and I was offered 50% off the price. I had recently been thinking about going back to using a small vape so it came at the right time and I ordered one.
It's slightly wider than the original, the battery lasts longer, it gives a looser draw which is nice, comes in a nice metal tin plus usb charger.
The "original" flavour is much better, with an almost hemp-like taste, it's smooth and nice to use. The mint flavour is like tasting hot chewing gum and not really nice... I've yet to try the other flavours but they are expensive for what they are and for the amount you get. £25 for 1ml, which I'll come to in a moment.
I currently have another 50% discount code waiting so I might buy a couple of different flavours at a later date.
After using bigger vapes and stronger cbd, the Medipen 100mg in 1ml strength cartridge is fairly weak in comparison to the big boys cbd eliquid that I used to use, but I had learnt a lot about the products and which was best and the strongest to use for my own personal needs.
The Medipen has a "510 thread" and this means that you can buy identical empty glass cartridges on a popular auction website and fill them with your favourite cbd eliquid. Screw on and carry on as normal.
Currently I have Dr Watson 5000mg cbd eliquid in a new glass cartridge on my Medipen 2.0 and this is 5 times the strength of the Medipen cartridge and has a natural hemp taste and smell, very relaxing and helps my pain.
For £25 you can stick with the Medipen cartridge of 100mg per 1ml or for a similar price you can buy your own cbd eliquid and have 10 x the amount of stronger cbd and refill the empty cartridge.
It's great being able to hang the Medipen around my neck using the Medipen lanyard, it's small and discreet, almost stylish, and very handy to carry around with you to use anywhere.
I'm happy that I came back to Medipen!

I spent £107 on a pen with a cartridge plus 3 other flavoured cartridges. As I have used Medipen before I trusted them and have never had issues. The package never arrived so I emailed them but they accidently sent me the tracking code and insisted it was with my local sorting office. The tracking no. revealed it was in Cardiff and had been scanned on to the system. I emailed them back with this information and got a short "You should not have been sent the tracking code". I followed with 3 more emails and a copy of the tracking information stating the package never went any further than Cardiff, they ignored every email. I am lucky that as it's over £100 I can action section 75 via my credit card company to claim the money I have paid back.

This company was once the only CBD Pen vape company I trust. Now I can only warn you that if things dont happen as they should, do not expect them to resolve it. I am very disappointed.

Like many others have said on here great product, shocking custom service. If there's a problem with your order they simply ignore you. No replies to emails they don't answer the phone either. Never again.

I have ordered the kit a week ago and still doesn't have my product. They saying that my parcel is at Post Office but when I contacted my local PO they informed me they have no parcel signed for my address and my name!!!! I have never received the red Royal Mail slip too. The parcel wasn't delivered to my address and based on the Royal Mail tracking details somebody apparently signed for it but IT'S NOT MY SIGNATURE!!!!
I contacted this terrible company and asked for refund as I spend £53 for something I have never seen. They ignoring me now by not responding at all. That's is the worse experience in my life and I will take it to the Trading Standard.

Brilliant product but there customer service is the worst. It's the most annoying thing trying to get hold of them.

Good product that helps with sleep. Would recommend for anxiety too.

I have been using the Medicean for almost a year now with absolutely no issues.
I’m writing this review after reading the negative reviews and I am surprised by this.
So far so good for me.

Very poor service. I order my starter kit and still hadn’t received it 2 weeks after. I tried contacting Medipen (Facebook/email/live chat on the website/phone) and there was absolutely zero response. Nothing. I complained on their Facebook page and was miraculously then contacted by Facebook message assuring me that they would send me a replacement immediately. Another 2 weeks pass... no delivery. Yet again I can’t get through to them. I left even more complaints on the Facebook page and somebody rang me. He told me that a replacement was never sent as they didn’t have the stock! He promised me a refund and to fulfill my order. Many weeks after I first ordered I have my money back but they haven’t sent me a Medipen as promised. This company is a joke. Absolutely zero customer care. And from a company that is supposed to be selling products to help people with physical and mental health I would expect far more. I will never buy anything from them again which is a real shame. I bought from them last year with no problems and the product was very good. Something seems to have gone drastically wrong for them

If I could give them 0 stars, I would!! I ordered off this company believing that they were a genuine company, I thought I’d give their product a try for my Tourette’s and anxiety, 2 weeks went by and still no product arrived, I tried the email address and their contact number with no luck. In the end I decided to ring the bank to get my money back and put a review on their page, you wouldn’t believe the amount of people having the same problem!! Not receiving their goods that they paid for and not getting anywhere when trying to contact them!! I strongly advise anybody who is thinking of buying off this company to not even bother!! Believe me they’re con artists who will take your money and run!! They even had the cheek to send me an email with 10% off my next order and that they hope I’m enjoying my MediPen 😂😂
