I ordered disposable face masks from this company on 5/8/2020. The website said it would take 8-15 days to get to my door. There were so many to choose from that I didn't know which ones to get. After I put in the order, I went back and looked through the website again. This is when I noticed that the masks would be coming from China, which I did not want!!!! I sent them a message 10 minutes after putting in my order, which would be more than likely before they even processed the order. When I didn't receive the order in the 8-15 days as they claimed, I thought they might be a little slow with issuing my refund. Fast forward 20 days later, no order, and no refund. I received the masks about 35 days after putting in the order. I sent this company a message about what happened. It has now been 7 days since I sent the 2nd message. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I am stuck with these unopened masks and out $29.00 folks!!!

Ordered mask.. yes it took about a month to get them.. but they did arrive.. it will take time unfortunately but I did receive it

I wished I had read these reviews before ordering with Medishop. I did receive my masks but it took a month, not 7-12 business days. Not worth the wait, masks has been available at my local grocery store for over 3 weeks.

SCAM. DO NOT ORDER.Ordered masks a month back. Yet to receive. No replies from customer service.

Ordered the N95 reusable mask. Took over a month and when it was finally delivered it was a bag of gloves. We have contacted the seller and they are now saying we need to pay for the gloves AND pay to have the mask we originally ordered shipped again. Absolute scam! Especially in times like this people can continue to disgust you buy stealing others hard earned money.

Supposedly my order has been at the courier in Los Angeles since April 28. It is now may 16th. Hasn't moved according to tracking. I have a feeling I won't be receiving my order. I'll be contacting pay pal for a refund. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here. It seems like they were a legit company at one time. Now seems like a scam.

Made an order 04/11/2020 & today's date is 05/11/2020 a month and I have not received anything when it was supposed to arrived 7-12 business days FALSE !!

I ordered face masks from this company after having a frustrating experience with Amazon. My order was a little delayed because of the Corona virus pandemic, but arrived in a much shorter time than orders from Amazon. Medishop’s Customer Service was very helpful. I am very happy with this company and will use them again.

Ordered April 17, 2020 and still no product as of May 11, 2020. Contacted the company three times, no reply.
Do not buy from them!

I did not receive my order. I emailed and called and no response from this company. I was able to report them to my credit card company and get reimbursed. I would not order anything from Medishop as they are not professional.

Paid for overnight shipping and the product never got my order and now they are ignoring me do not order from this company im calling my credit card company and filing fraudulent charges they got me for 250.

No delivery no response from email no service NO GOOD

I've used Medishop for my supplements for many years now and had brilliant service until recently. I place the order on 5 May, on 6 May money taken out of the account and email sent to me saying order shipped. It's now 16 May and nothing delivered. I've telephoned twice, and sent emails but still no answer. This happened with my last order in 2015 but I was able to speak to someone and the order was resent. I will not be using this website again and if I don't hear from them soon I'll be contacting my credit card company.

Easy to order online and fast delivery. I would highly recommend this company.

I have been using glucosamine with condroitin and MSM supplements from this company for many years. I used to run marathons and half marathons so worried that my joints would suffer. I am now 65 and have no hip,knee or ankle pains at all.
In this life you get what you pay for and if you think this will be beneficial then buy the best you can. It has helped me and the quality of the Medishop products are second to none.

I usually order these same tablets on Amazon but I was let down this time as they were not available.I therefore went straight to the firm Medishop and got them in double quick time.Well done Medishop!
