A disgraceful hospital.

We came from abroad for cosmetic surgery. The previous sales representative made us so many promises.

There is no order, no system, no clean environment. We can no longer reach the doctor or the hospital. We’re having problems because the surgery wasn’t done properly.

We regret ever coming here. They assigned us a so-called interpreter who doesn’t even do their job. There’s someone named Ayşegül — absolutely disgraceful. All she cares about is money. She thinks she’s very smart, but she exposes herself so easily. She belittles people and thinks she’s superior.

If you have any sense, don’t come here

I am truly very impressed with Medistanbul Hospital. They welcomed us warmly, and the doctors and staff were very professional, always caring about my well-being, taking away my fear of the surgery, and making sure that everything was according to my wishes. The rooms were also very clean and beautiful, and the hospital itself is really very nice. My heartfelt thanks go to the lovely Didem, who was always there for me and interpreted for me, as well as to Neslihan, who always answered my curious questions and addressed all my concerns. And many thanks also to my surgeon, Mustafa, who came across as very kind and competent. Thanks to him, I finally have my dream nose.

My experience was really good, I was taken very good care of. I felt safe and I am more than satisfied with the result for me was well taken care especially Didem and the doctor dr Çagri Demirbaglar, were lovingly with one and guided you safely through the whole process. I absolutely recommend the clinic!! I asked for a Barbie nose. Although it was difficult, you were able to fulfill this wish for me. The hospital also took care of me around the clock and I had almost no pain because of the modern technology. It was really just as I wanted it to be.

I was very satisfied with the entire process at Medistanbul — from the initial contact to after the procedure. I was excellently cared for and supported by my wonderful coordinator Didem. She was so amazing and kind, always there for me. I’m very thankful to Didem and the entire Medistanbul team.

My daughter had a rhinoplasty here at Medistanbul Hastanesi with Doctor Cagri Demirbaglar. I cannot recommend this hospital, service and doctor enough. The coordinators who I was in contact with - Ece Caner and Aysegül Karabulut were extremely helpful and kind. Two very loving and beautiful ladies who helped through out the entire process. A very big thank you. Brilliant service. Transfers, hotel and Hospital are an excellent standard. Hospital was very clean, well organised. Last but not least - Doctor Cagri Demirbaglar definitely book him in for any treatment, he's extremely professional and talented. He explained everything very well and understood what I wanted, I'm very happy with the results. A big thank to you all the staff on floor 4 who supported me too.

Hello everyone, I came to Istanbul alone to have a rhinoplasty and the whole team is very attentive to you. The hospital is new, clean and modern, the rooms are similar to a hotel and you are de-stressed. Special mention to my wonderful translator Didem who checked on me every day and who organized my trip, she is radiant and very kind, she is a sweetheart. And finally, thank you to Dr. Cagri Demir Baglar, this man has gold in his hands, he enhanced my face and my nose and although still swollen, the result is already incredible. Thank you, the best team 🫶🏽

The hygiene standards of the nursing and cleaning staff differ significantly from those in my home country. It takes some getting used to not being able to speak to doctors and nurses in person. Some nurses were very friendly and helpful, others seemed annoyed by the foreign patients. Now I have to wait the next few weeks to see if the surgery was worth it. I had agreed to stay an extra night, and I was assured via WhatsApp that this would not incur any additional costs. When I arrived, I was told that this was not true and that I would have to pay for the night at the hotel. I had expected more from the nutritionist than a few sheets of paper in a terrible translation.

I was told there will be 3D consultation but the doctor barely seen my photo and I was rushed to the surgery room and I deeply regret with the results after rhinoplasty.I had a best look just a little bump before but now I got bulbous tip with uneven nostrils and it looks really worse so I was constantly telling the doctors in the chats and they asked me to wait for 6 months and nothing changed so they finally told me to come to hospital for another go but instead they treated me very badly
After the payment I was waiting outside for a long time no room was given instead they gave me this local room shared with others just diving the curtains for privacy
The surgery was done by local anesticia and he wouldn’t wait for me to get numb instead he was giving incisions based on how I reacted to the pain.i never scared this much in my life.it was worst & I cried a lot during surgery when i am in surgery bed the surgeon is telling that i lied and my nostrils are fine but i showed the difference then he started giving me this painful incisions and showed me the picture he took if it is ok while i was crying the way he is questioning me like if i say no he is gonna hurt me with those painful incisions
They don’t respect you and find to challenge you in every way
Especially the worst part is i was told the cab guy is sick when i was the at airport supposed to picked by them & they didn’t pick me instead i was asked to book a cab and their gonna refund me that money
After the payment I was told I am not gonna get the refund which is total betrayal and I was asked to pay the full money for the transportation & room even after I was the one who payed for the cab and they said if I don’t pay now then I am gonna loose the appointment with the surgeon
I never seen such a cheap people in my life
Literally after the payment they say I don’t get refund I paid for the cab and I don’t get a room I payed for already.they can’t do this directly and they don’t even show their faces & it will be instructed by her to tell those things by an underage translator so you can’t do anything literally even I was leaving this place I was told to leave 6 hours before my flight time I was trying to tell him that I wanted to stay but they said I won’t be getting a transfer if I don’t come now which is ridiculous all because they wanted to get bunch of people at the same time.the first surgery failed and it was big trauma for my life and second attempt is even more worst.I beg people to avoid this dr cagri and his coordinator Ece caner.they literally scam people.the worst experience in my life.

I had a Hair transplant with the support of Mr Qasim Folola my health coordinator who gave me the best advices and support before my arrival and took care of my needs during my stay in Medistanbul Hospital. Thanks also to Mr Bedirhan my International Interpreter. Best regards to all the team.😊

It was the best experience I have ever made when it comes to choosing a hospital. Dr Cagri Demirbaglar is truly the best doctor! Incredibly kind & skilled. The team was also great. I can remember one nurse who wore a hijab and had glasses, she was so sweet, really :) (and a big tall young man, I don’t know their names). They took really good care of me. Nihal & Didem were also there for me from the very first moment on. Thanks to Didem who always made sure I’m in a good condition ❤️.

The doctor and translater was great, they did a really nice job. On the other hand other staff and employees were not caring and professional at all.
