Dissapointing Experience - would not recommend
I had signed up to become a Medlife travel agent, spent over 6 months doing the training and trying to build my business, spent money running ads and so much time, with Medlife continually failing on delivering the back of house support to enable agents to actually book holidays and build their business. Responses were limited, often weeks going without any reply.
No form of apology or genuine explanations as to why they werent following through with what they were promising agents after signing them up. After this experience I wouldn’t have a lot of faith in booking holidays with them as the service they offer is truly dissapointing. Felt more like a scam than a genuine opportunity. To others considering don’t waste your time and money like I did.
