I have never had any issues dealing with them. On the contrary, I have actually found them very VERY helpful, going over the top to help. They called my vet for me to get a prescription, and waited on the phone with me while we waited for the vet to send it. Then rushed the meds here overnight (free) to make sure our dog got them in time.

It's always quick and easy to send a refill, and it arrives within a few days usually.

Online, I ordered two common over the counter (OTC) products on July 4, 2025. After a week and not receiving any kind of shipping notice, via their support email contact I sent an email, then 2 days later another email and it’s now July 16th and still no reply. On July 14th I made several phone calls. The first was to the “East” office. Very curtly I was told my online order was to be filled by the Western office because I’m in Alberta. So I called the Western office and spoke with a lovely lady who said that all online orders are filled by the Eastern office. She took my info and said she would reach out to them and ensure that someone there would get back to me shortly. It’s been two days and although no one has reached out to me, I did receive an email saying my product has been shipped. However, when I check the UPS tracking information (as of this writing), the package has not yet been picked up, let alone shipping label created.

So trying this service has been a worthy exercise in that I now know they have little idea of what they’re doing and are extra ordinarily disorganized. It’s a service attached to pharmacies that don’t appear to care or need the service to succeed, and implemented by a half-wit, or at least someone out of their professional element.

I’ve requested a refund for the money they’ve taken 10 days ago, as I purchased what I needed locally when I had 2 days stock remaining. As expected, I’ve received nothing regarding my request for a refund.

Sheena at Mednow has been nothing short of amazing. I never even thought about online pharmacy and only thought of the brick and mortar stores. I had difficulty with refills due to shortages and instead of calling each big pharmacy I wondered if there was an online alternative. I found Mednow and Sheena has been so responsive and friendly it’s like another level of customer service. Don’t get me wrong, pharmacy people are good but very transactional. When I spoke to Sheena at Mednow in Vancouver she was great with customer service and thanked be for being a customer. Just a little more upper level than your regular pharmacy. Thank you Sheena.

Mednow customer service is truly exceptional! I had a prescription refill due today for a medication that I must take everyday, I had foolishly left this refill request to the last minute on a sunday when MedNow does not deliver on weekends and I contacted MedNow customer support and they were able to get the medication transferred back to my previous pharmacy almost immediately so that I wouldn't go without my medication! I will definitely be using MedNow in the future and recommending to my friends and family.

So I wanted to change my pharmacy over to Mednow as my union says that they are our 'preferred pharmacy partner'. I set myself up on Mednow's website on Tuesday February 20, 2024. It is now THREE days later and they have not been able to get my prescriptions transferred over. I have been using Chat and have been chatting with Sheena. She tells me that Mednow hasn't been able to get through to my pharmacy. So I tried to call my pharmacy right then and there, and got through in 3.5 seconds, and spoke to them. They tell me that there was a request, to have my prescriptions transferred over, on the 20th, but that it may not have gone through. They also told me that Mednow called just now, was asked to be put on hold, but that Mednow had already hung up, by the time they picked up. Mednow probably hung up once I told Sheena to just cancel my request. As Sheena was getting me more and more annoyed, so I just cancelled Mednow altogether. I don't believe for a minute that Mednow has not been able to get through for the past couple of days. And that whenever they did, that my pharmacy would hang up. They have never ever hung up on me.
I will find some other online pharmacy that isn't a gong show. It should have taken Mednow 15 minutes to get my prescriptions transferred over. If they cannot be trusted to do something that basic, why would I trust them to do anything at all? I will be sure to leave negative feedback wherever I can. As well as let my union know that Mednow isn't ready for primetime yet. Amateur hour reigns over at Mednow! 🤬

I had no idea what to expect. I registered online and then through the app. What I have been getting is excellent service. I got a call right away from a pharmacist to discuss my medications and to make sure I knew what I was doing (I did but I was impressed with this, as you can never be sure). They deliver my meds each week without fail and text me ahead of time to confirm. I was able to add something temporarily without a problem. When they had questions, they called and we got everything cleared up. It is a very professional and trustworthy operation. I am happy to stay with them for now and into the future! I recommend giving them a try if you are not happy with consistency of your in person pharmacy service.

Outstanding service to date ! They go out of their way to ensure my meds get to me on time. Chat function actually has value. They even stayed on hold with my doctor’s office as the new prescription did not arrive as promised. Delivery always within committed hours, perfect score so far ! I moved to Mednow from another online pharmacy, as they kept missing delivery dates. So - Thank You to the team at Mednow !!! Keep it up !

Very easy to setup and use, the pharmacists are great and the app is decent. There’s quick options to refill saved prescriptions, and the chat is easy to use for any questions. Delivery can be done so quickly too, which is so convenient.
The fees/markups aren’t the cheapest, but they’re in line with the majority of my local pharmacies so it’s very worth it for the doorstep delivery
