Delivery issue
Delivery was expected in 1-2 working days. It will be day 6 and the package has not arrived yet. Poor feedback from customer service - no interest in checking with the courier. It clearly seems the fault of the courier TNT/DPD but then they should not claim the delivery to take place in 1-2 working days.

Perfect delivery to Denmark
Had been looking all over for a treat for my dog that has just been diagnosed with a kidney disease - unfortunately with out any luck. By chance I found Medpets, and they had just the right kind of product. The delivery took place within 3-4 days, even though I placed my order on the german website and the parcel should be delievered in Denmark - perfect! And on top of that my dog loves the treat :-).
