It gets easier second time around! Setting up Wise initially was the hardest part, once that is done it's smooth sailing... and again customer support was incredibly responsive to help with that.

Yes, after the removal of de minimis in USA, it takes a little longer for clearance especially due to huge backlog at customs. Recently, the clearance time has improved to some extent.
They make sure that you got proof of diagnosis and prescriptions from your local doctor. I have paid for the medicine December 15 and it was delivered December 19 to my country secured and faster than I’ve expected.
