I can't express our gratitude enough when they were the only company we could find in the UK supplying the propranolol SR capsules a few weeks ago. They were beyond helpful fulfilling the orders for my partner who was in desperate need for this medication. Whenever we rang they were so helpful. Although they are currently out of stock their help has bought time to either look for an alternative medication or hope it comes back in stock either via them or NHS route. Thank you for a brilliant service!

I like to give companies the chance to fix issues before reviewing! This time they have blown it! I ordered as usual on 20th October paying almost £9 for GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY and got an email from Royal Mail confirming delivery should have been 21st October but it was actually delivered 22nd October - I appreciate this isn't the company's fault but given for context & the events after are completely disgraceful and solely on the company! I raised a complaint with Royal Mail and they confirmed their failure and advised to contact the company for a refund. I contacted the company via email on 21st October and also forwarded the proof of Royal Mails acknowledgements! In the past 9 weeks (Tuesday coming) I have sent 6 emails attempted to call 20+ times and had 3 responses 2 of which was acknowledging the email received with proof of Royal Mail confirming they failed and told me to request a refund from company! I emailed them on 21st October (complaint), 30th October (follow up), 8th November (response to email and additional proof sent), 20th November (response to next steps email and re-sent proof of Royal Mails complaint log), 5th December (escalated at company and furious) and 18th December (demanded they close account) I've been ignored and brushed off by a company who refuse the refund me the delivery fee which I am LEGALLY entitled to as I never got the service I paid for!! 9 weeks completely ignored! Be very very careful when buying from here because they prefer to ignore you and tell you what you want to hear so you shut up and they get to keep the money and probably the refund from Royal Mail which is disgraceful, shocking and morally wrong😡 I will NOT be using this company again!!!! I will be speaking to my bank regarding this to see if they can return MY money

Very happy with this service. It’s so difficult to get an appointment with a GP these days. I was struggling with anxiety due to traumatic family circumstances and was so relieved to get some help from Medsrus. My own GP receptionist told me as it was not life threatening I couldn’t get an appointment for 3 weeks.

Not the best service. I ordered medicine that needs to be refrigerated. It was delivered in a box with a thermo bag. The bag was unsealed, just folded over, with the tiniest of icepack inside, that had melted. It was room temperature by the time it arrived. Everything was dispatched and delivered on time, but the packaging made it impossible for the meds to remain cold. Also, the box the medication was in, inside the bag was damaged. Being an injectable medication, I'm not sure this would be safe to use. I have emailed Medsrus, but I've had no response as yet.

I ordered propranolol 40mg tablets but realized afterward that the website did not provide clear guidance on splitting them into smaller doses, like 10mg. When I reached out to customer support, they advised me to order 10mg tablets instead for safety reasons. I placed a new order for 10mg tablets, but a few hours later, it was canceled without explanation. I contacted support again for clarification, but they stopped responding entirely.

Now I’m left with unusable 40mg tablets (as the dosage is too high for me) and no refund or resolution. This has been a frustrating experience. I recommend avoiding this pharmacy, as there are better options out there with clearer processes and more reliable customer service—especially when ordering propranolol.

Edit: I finally received my order after sending my fifth email. The order status unexpectedly changed from "Canceled" to "Dispatched" without any response from customer support, but the delivery itself was quick. It was a frustrating experience overall, but thank you.

Very good experience with this company. Easy to order, no unnecessary questions, fast delivery (the parcel was delivered in 3 days). Will order again.

Highly recommend this company, was a bit dubious after reading negative reviews. However, I took the chance and placed an order late Thursday night, was accepted Friday morning and I received my medication the following day! Very happy with this service

I received in the post my 4th injection pen of increasing doses and it arrived with a fully opened box for the injection itself. MedsRus stated verbally and in actual writing inferring it was ok to use having arrived opened. !! I spoke to the medical regulator in addition to speaking to Lilly the manufacture of the treatment who are one of the words largest companies in the sector. They were concerned over MedsRus statement that it's ok to use injection pens that arrive open in the post. Lilly was so concerned, they opened up a case review against MedsRus and even sent me an email stating: ''I can confirm that a pen should not be used if the carton of the pen is open or damaged upon receipt of the pen''. I sent this onto MedsRus, soon after they cancelled my medicine order history, told lies about not having any replacement in stock, and frankly telling me to go elsewhere where I cannot get treatment elsewhere at the higher dose level because I have to send proof which MedsRus have illegally cancelled and falsify. The growing amount of negative reviews about MedsRus should be a warning to other potential customers about their appalling service and potential professional misconduct!

I wouldn't recommend one bit, stay clear of this pharmacy! I placed a order today for antsickness tablet what was denied! Yes they have still took the money out of my account and when I emailed to ask why, I was told that the payment was on hold and would be back in my account shortly, yet I'm still waiting hours and hours later! I have also sent emails after this telling them that the founds haven't got back into my account yet the choose to ignore and blank me emails! Shocking service to say the least, plus after reading all the reviews on here, I'm not the only person that this has happened two! Please avoid and look else where! Also when I've had payments cancelled before like tictok or I've put the wrong address as soon as it's cancelled the funds go straight back in to your account! Not with theses it doesn't! There is lot better pharmacy's out there then this one!

I'm relieved to say that I had a great experience with this site, having seen the mixed bag of reviews. Ordering was straightforward and the item arrived the next day. Many pharmacies make it needlessly complicated to get Propranolol these days for situational anxiety, but it was smooth sailing with this site. I will definitely use them again!

Dubious but delighted !! I nearly hit put off by some of the reviews but my meds were with me within 3 days or completing order
I can be quick to criticise ( check profile if you like !!) but i would definitely use again- no problems ;)

Not received. Till date they have refused to refund me. I spoke with Royal Mail who agreed the item was lost but won’t grant the claim as the company didn’t disclose how much they paid for the item ( maybe they got it off the black market).
They have refused to refund my £230 and luckily I’ve now been able to go through small claims and claim for double due to the fraud and emotional distress cased.
The manager is completely unprofessional, he has been insultive and will disrespect you. At a point I thought I was dealing with McDonald’s and NEVER a pharmacy. Please save your money and use other companies like pharmacy planet and many more but this place is horrid !!! You will end up depressed dealing with such humans.

I thought this website deserved the time to write a review given it's few reviews. I was hesitant given the few reviews and some poor however.... it's a 5 star review from me! Easy website, next day delivery, packaged well and great communication!

I got the medicine I ordered promptly and without any issues. They requested uploading an ID as proof of date of birth (I think they are required by law to verify that purchasers are over 18).
I found their website very transparent and could easily track the status of my order, including confirmation of my ID upload.
I only give them 4* because I received a generic version of the med, as opposed to the branded one on their website, but the active substance is exactly the same so it doesn't make much of a difference to me.
