This doesn't seem like a serious business. My order never was delivered - hard to tell why, as the company doesn't seem able and willing to understand their own delivery processes (sub contracted around 3 times) and is not willing to help with it.
Looks like a hustle project for quick money without focus on what makes a business work - from what I'm seeing companies in at least three european countries for a simple delivery for no logical reason - can't recommend using any of the related shops.

I bought a vape battery from here and the product broke on the first day. It didn't break from any physical damage the battery exploded from charging it 15 minutes.

When i asked for a refund they said it was not an option but i could pick a new battery instead, i said sure and they asked me to pay for it, which i declined. After that i just didn't care about this anymore until 2 months later i get a mail saying my orders been canceled. I ask if i can get my money back this time and they just ignore it, i don't recommend this website to anyone.
