I sent my phone 2days ago they received it this morning and by the end of the day the money was in my account and payed what was estimated can't say a bad thing about them at all .

Genuine review - Fantastic company

Genuine review from a seller. Have used this company today for a phone sale. Excellent company, Phone was delivered to the company this morning. I received email communication throughout the day to update me and payment has just been made to my bank. Exact quoted price was given. Wouldn’t use any other company going forward for any sales. Highly recommended

Initial scepticism soon disappeared.

Was initially a little bit unsure and sceptical as I'd never used the company before, but found the entire process extremely straightforward and professional from beginning to end. Sent a phone in and got paid the very next day. Encountered no issues.

The damage that wasn't.

I sold my Google pixel 7a to Meelie mobile. I was offered £77. The phone was in excellent condition, it's always been in a case and had a glass proctor on the screen. Once they received the phone they said it will need to be tested and after this I'll receive my payment. I received a counter offer via email. They said the back cover of the phone had a small crack. Because of this they offered £10 or I could have my phone return.They sent a picture of a mark or scratch possibly. I wasn't convinced so opted to have the phone returned.

When returned I examined the phone and the so-called crack was a small mark which with rubbing alcohol came off. I took the phone to CEX where it was examined in front of me and they confirmed there was no crack. Be very careful if they undercut their original offer. They tried it with me but I knew the condition of the phone and wasn't having any of it

All devices we receive go through a standard inspection and testing process, where any changes in valuation are based on the condition observed at that time. As part of this process, devices are carefully cleaned using specialist device cleaner and microfibre cloths to ensure an accurate assessment. We also provide images to highlight any findings as clearly as possible and offer customers the option to accept the revised price or have the device returned.

£35 To Return Phone!

I can't recommend this lot. I input my phone's details including IMEI number and received a price. They've since told me they can't accept it due it being a non-EU model. This should have been picked up when giving the phone's details. £35 To Return Phone! I feel like I've been scammed.

While we do ask for device details, including the IMEI, some restrictions—such as whether a device is an EU or non-EU model—can only be fully confirmed during physical inspection. In this case, the device was identified as a non-EU model, which unfortunately falls outside of our purchasing criteria.

The return fee covers insured delivery as well as the handling fee associated with processing and returning the device safely. This is outlined within our terms. We appreciate that this may be disappointing, but we aim to be as transparent as possible.

Really impressed with the whole…

Really impressed with the whole experience.

I was a bit unsure at first as my phone had an intermittent fault and I’d been told elsewhere it might only be worth very little. However, the process with Meelie was straightforward from start to finish.

The packaging and postage were easy to arrange, communication was clear, and once they received the device the assessment was quick. I was especially pleased that they honoured the original quoted price with no hassle, which made a big difference.

Payment was also incredibly fast — I received the money in my bank almost immediately after confirmation.

Overall, a smooth, honest and efficient service. Would definitely recommend and use again.

WARNING..

WARNING... Do not sell to Meelie, they said my phone was a non EU phone so they can not buy it even when I bought the phone from CEX a few years back, now they want £35 to send the phone back, £35 lmao complete scam artists, now I have to contact and seek legal advice.

Highly Recommend Meelie!

Very impressive service.

I sent my phone yesterday by Royal Mail Special Delivery (which I paid for myself). I received an email in the morning saying that my phone had been received. Shortly after, I received another email asking for ID, which I then submitted. A couple of hours later, the money I was originally quoted was in my bank account.

I am extremely impressed with the clear and concise communication throughout, Meelie let you know exactly what is happening all the time.

Would definitely use Meelie again!

Travelled down as my phone was pristine…

Travelled down as my phone was pristine condition didn’t want it get damaged in the post they then email day later it’s now got visible marks on the lcd that were not there when I dropped it off and tried to knock the price from 600 to 380. They have marked the phone wasn’t going to travel 3 hours round trip wasting fuel if there were marks on it doesn’t make any sense scammers avoid I will be seeing you in court. Edit from your reply that’s is lies you you said can only see them under certain lights and angles on the phone so you wouldn’t see on cctv you have damaged my property paperwork has gone to solicitor yesterday for requesting to go to court

I don't recommend this theft company to…

I don't recommend this theft company to anyone, I choose collection from them to come to me to collect the phone they send Royal Mail to take the phone from me and I have videos proof that the phone wasn't damaged, after a few days they send to me an email and give me half price they offered me because the phone was damaged, I sent to them proof and I asked them for proof unfortunately they don't care and they send my phone back.
That's why I'm telling yous to be very careful from this company.

Do NOT sell your phone to this company! Read the 1 star reviews I beg!

What an awful experience and a disgusting scammy company. Got a quote for £426 for very good condition S24 ultra, sent the phone off and they knocked me down to £293. They claimed my phone had a big scratch on the back case, I know it did not. They sent a picture of zoomed in case markings under a strong light that you cannot see from the naked eye. And claimed it was a scratch and the phone is in 'fair' condition. The phone is in excellent condition and I got it back (there is 0 scratch) and went on to sell on ebay for £450. Do not sell your phone with this company, they will give you a good inital quote, then will attempt to make up and exaggerate defects to lowball you, hoping you will give up and accept it so they can profit off your phone. Sell it on ebay you will make more money than Meelie Mobile's highest quote. AVOID!!!

I wish i can give this sham of a…

I wish i can give this sham of a company half star,After quoting my zfold 7 for £726 and i sent my phone over only for me to receive an email reducing the money to 660 because of a faint mark that is barely visible.Eventually i declined and these people returned my phone without my charger and other accesories.
