I was extremely satisfied with the service and the product. I ordered the product online on Sunday, December 19th and it was shipped immediately on Monday, the 20th (I was notified by email), and it arrived at my house on time on December 23rd (despite the holiday shipping craziness) in time for me to test myself Christmas Eve morning before I got together with family. The test itself was a piece of cake to use and performed as described giving me tremendous peace of mind. The kit is a bit more expensive than the antigen test kits, but this is a more accurate test because it is similar to a pcr test in that it amplifies the number of viral nucleotide segments in the sample by making enzymatic copies to improve sensitivity. Prior to ordering, I read many of the reviews, both good and bad, and decided the good far outweighed the bad. I have also learned from experience after ordering various products that many bad reviews are simply because people don’t take the time to carefully read and follow the instructions. In this case, Meenta actually puts in another set of instructions in the shipping container so you have two sets to refer to. My advice is to read the instructions carefully before you open anything AND before you do anything to make sure you understand the steps. If you need to read them a second time ….. do that! ….. and I feel confident that you will have an excellent experience. Also, once you start to use the kit by inserting the batteries into the device, make sure you have enough time to complete the steps from start to finish. Don’t get part way into it, stop for an hour, and then come back to it to complete the rest of the steps. Also, I would recommend inverting the tube with the test solution ~6x before you remove the seal to make sure it’s well mixed. In addition, don’t be shy about collecting your nasal sample and make sure you thoroughly mix it in both top and bottom portions of the solution. Once the sample is thoroughly mixed, carefully snap close the tube and firmly push down on it to start the test reactions. I noticed about a 5 second delay between pushing the tube down and the ready light starting to blink. From working in a lab for a number of years, these tests can be a little finicky but work well when instructions are followed and care is taken …… although I admit there can be kit failures from time to time. If that happens, politely contact customer service and I feel confident that they will be very cordial and efficient in helping you like they did me. I truly appreciate Meenta’s customer service and believe in the product, and will definitely order from them again.

$35 dollars for shipping?! Also, tried to reach customer service and never reached anyone to provide me CPT codes and EIN for insurance reimbursement. I would not buy here again.

ETA: I did receive a reply below that's not entirely helpful. If Meento.io has a CPT code and an EIN (most businesses have a tax ID number) I can handle reimbursement myself. Receiving those would be helpful.

Had a concern after reading your instructions to the Lucira Self Test . Was not clear whether or not a telehealth system was available for the test.

Scheduled and went through an online meeting with customer service representative.

Covered the subject and gave me the options I had to clear my concerns.

Still have not received shipment. - Fedex is defiantly needed to be reconsidered as your shipper

We had some issues at the beginning due to a mismatch of our needs and what they were offering. They came up with a compromise solution and eventually a real solution. The CEO stayed in touch and set us up with a staffer to look after our needs. We are not a huge client but they came through and now we have a good testing solution.
