Terrible ai costumer service, return is expensive, shoes are ok

Great quality shoes. The fit is quite slim but fits nicely. Delivery was relatively quick and the item was well packaged.
Meermin is definitely worth recommending.

Please beware of a 10 EUR charge for changing shoe size. Perceived quality has also decreased in comparison to other Meermin shoes I purchased years ago - even in the bag that comes with the shoes feels more plastic.

The shoes are great, the store is nice too but ive met happier staff.

Dont think you find geniuine leather, goodyear welted loafer anywhere else for 220$

I initially ordered a UK 9.5 out of habit, as I was used to uncomfortably tight Oxfords. However, these fit true to size, so I exchanged them for a UK 9. The customer service was outstanding—they were quick, professional, and immediately offered an exchange without any friction. The experience is still being handled smoothly.

On top of that, the shoes themselves are stunning. The materials, the finishing, and the overall appearance are all exceptional. The price is also very competitive for the quality you get.

In short: incredible appearance, incredible materials, top-notch customer service, and a very competitive price. I’m genuinely impressed and look forward to dealing with them again in the future.

I purchased a pair of waxy cordovan boots from the NYC location (Soho). The staff member, Kyle iirc, was really nice, helpful, and knowledgeable about the product. I'm glad I took his suggestion on sizing because the boots fit really well. I've worn them 3 days since my purchase and they've been great.
