I recently had the opportunity to use “Meet Alfred”, a web-based marketing solution that truly impressed me with its comprehensive array of features. As an IT/AIoT Sales person looking to enhance my online campaigns, I found this tool to be a valuable asset in streamlining various aspects of my marketing efforts
The user interface of the platform is intuitively designed, making it easy to navigate and utilize its diverse features. From email marketing and social media management to analytics and customer relationship management, “Meet Alfred” offers a wide range of tools to effectively reach and engage with target audiences
One standout feature is the robust analytics suite, which provides in-depth insights into campaign performance, audience behavior, and conversion tracking. This has proven instrumental in optimizing my marketing strategies and maximizing ROI. Additionally, the platform's integration capabilities with popular CRM systems and third-party applications have streamlined my workflow and enhanced collaboration within my team

Really great tool for Linkedin recruitment

Really great tool. I had trouble with other tools when Linkedin was asking for the 2FA code, but Alfred makes that process really simple. Love the overview of leads and campaigns and don't feel like I need an additional CRM. The only thing I am missing is an AI text generator that helps making the outreach more personal (otherwise 5 stars!).

What I Liked:

Automation Features: The automation capabilities for sending connection requests, follow-up messages, and managing campaigns are highly efficient, saving a significant amount of time while maintaining a personalized approach.

Meet Alfred platform surprised me!!!

The Meet Alfred platform pleasantly surprised me. While I've tried other platforms in the past and had my favorites, Meet Alfred offers more features for the same price, and they're incredibly useful features. One standout aspect is our access to both LinkedIn inboxes, including the main page and the Sales Navigator page, whereas other platforms typically only provide access to the main page inbox.

Moreover, Meet Alfred provides the option for Multi-Channel campaigns. Personally, I primarily utilize LinkedIn and email, as I find Twitter less beneficial for my needs. However, many LinkedIn automation platforms restrict users to LinkedIn alone, necessitating the use of additional tools for multi-channel campaigns and approaches.

The platform's navigation is remarkably intuitive, well-crafted, and significantly enhances productivity. Working with platforms like LinkedIn can often lead to distractions due to their design to capture attention with endless scrolling. However, Meet Alfred prioritizes what's essential for the productivity of the sales team, without succumbing to the pitfalls of dopamine-driven distractions.

While I'm still exploring and familiarizing myself with the platform, I'm already committed to staying and maximizing its potential.

2FA (2-factor-authentification) not supported

2FA (2-factor-authentification) is not supported. If you use 2FA with LinkedIn, then you have a fundamental problem with MeetAlfred, as MeetAlfred has not solved the connection.
I addressed this issue several times to the support team and even raised a ticket, but their official response is to deactivate 2FA on LinkedIn: "we recommend disabling 2FA on your LinkedIn account.". I would never decrease the security standard just because they are not able to solve this their home made problem and if I software company suggests to deactivate your security level, says it all.
note: If you use the Talent Manager or job slots or any other premium services of LinkedIn, it is MANDATORY to have 2FA enabled.
That was the reason to move our entire team to another solutions provider.

MeetAlfred disconnects EVERY day

Meet Alfred disconnects from LinkedIn at least once per day, sometimes more since mid-November. This makes the whole service if not completely useless, but horribly unreliable as you have to constantly check to see if your account is still connected. Every time I’ve complained, I’m sent a “copy paste” answer indicating they are aware of the situation. I don’t care! Fix it, or give me my money back. I’ve requested a refund multiple times - they offered a $20 credit for a $89 monthly subscription — which I have rejected. If you’re thinkimg about using their service, save yourself the grief. Fyi, I think LinkedIn is coming down hard on these automation tools. I don’t think they will be around for much longer.

Avoid this scam at all costs

There is NO WAY that anyone would rate this product 5-star. I would wager a guess that they've paid for bots to rate this product. Any other review site shows a 2 star review...and for good reason.
Meet Alfred never works. I have to log in multiple times a day to reconnect my account. In the year I had an account with MA (I only had it this long because I paused my account for 6 months) this issue never went away. For a year, every time I contacted support, I'd hear: "we're aware of this issue and are working on it. Thank you for your patience." They had no incentive to solve this problem...because once you pay them they offer no support or refunds.
Also, I had my LI account banned at the beginning and a client also had hers banned. Once again, if this happens, MA offers no support or refunds. You're paying while your account is shut down because of their product.
DO NOT waste your money.
I am adding this as the company is claiming I didn't ask for a refund. I have a screenshot that I asked MULTIPLE times. After not getting any response to my request for Meet Alfred to refund me or address a system that wasn't working I finally stated that I would be contacting my credit card company to have the charges reversed. They also state that they're closed for the holidays. I sent my message on Dec 16th and apparently they had numerous people who could tell me they were closed for the holidays (by the way, there was no notification of this in their chat system) but no one who could address my issues. The same issues I had experience for 6 MONTHS.

We did receive your messages and responded promptly, informing you about the team's unavailability due to the holiday season. It's important to note that you did not request a refund during our interaction. Instead, you mentioned reporting Meet Alfred to your credit card company and having charges reversed. In response, I perdsonally provided information about canceling your subscription to prevent future charges, as an alternative to the reported approach.

MeetAlred disconnects profiles every 5…

MeetAlred disconnects profiles every 5 mintues this has great affected our sales and marketing efforts. We cannot get a hold of anyone. There is no contact information. When we finally did they ignored us and just said it's a known problem. We asked for a refund due to the fact their platform isn't working and no one responds. The platform needs better customer service and should make people pay for services that their platform cannot support.
