the silk pillowcases are great for sleeping on, job done

My silvi pillowcase arrived quickly and so far it’s been a total game changer for my skin. I’ve noticed a dramatic decrease in blemishes on the sides of my face and along my hairline. Never going back to a cotton pillowcase!

The product is outstanding. My mother loves it for her Mother’s Day gift, and she has never slept better in years. Thank you for all you have done and continue to do it is definitely helped me with my psoriasis on my face. Would love to get more products in the future when I’m able to afford. The postage was fast and product well packed, nice packaging etc well present. I have seen some videos advertising your rebrand. The packaging looks cheap and makes your product look cheap and Silvi is a much better name than argie. If I saw the argie brand and product I would not have purchased the product. Maybe worth switching back as I’m sure lots of other customers feel the same as I do.

The silk duvet cover feels great and i always have the best sleep ever since.

Extremely poor online ordering experience. After suffering for several years with cystic acne, I excitedly ordered 2 of the charcoal silvi pillowcases. Paid and then had a confirmation email. 24 hours later, I received an email from Silvi’s ‘customer happiness’ representative saying that they had sold out of the charcoal covers and didn’t know when they’d be back in stock, so offered me a choice to exchange for a different colour or have a full refund. I really needed the product, so I opted for a different colour that they apparently did have in stock.

A week passed and I hadn’t received any updates on my order, so I chased it up again, only to then be informed that all of their products had apparently been oversold and they didn’t have any in stock. No subsequent emails have even been responded to. This company clearly cares more about money than customers.

Fast delivery, beautiful, good quality product 👌🏻✨😍 I love sleeping with my Silvi! I have already hand washed with special soap for silk and is easy and it dries fast so I do not miss a night with it 🌙

Very, very annoyed. Placed ordered over a week ago. Upon querying today where it is, they have told me they have no stock, don't know when any more will be in and cancelled the order.

Did they not know when I ordered that there was no stock, or could they not have had the decency to contact me to say they could not process the order? They waited until I contacted them. Abysmal customer service.

Very disappointed.

Update - they have asked me to contact them with my concern. I already did that before posting my original review to be told by someone from their "Customer Happiness Team" that "Our items move fast and we cannot control their movement at the warehouse".

So basically, zero stock control. In fairness they have refunded my money, but my point stands - they should have contacted me. How much money do they have from customers who have not contacted them about a missing order?

So far I'm really enjoy my silvi pillowcase, keeps me cool at night and the benefits are noticeable!

Product is great, but rather expensive when usually you want 2 x slips. Bought for as a gift for granddaughter. Loves the colour and feel.

At first I loved my sheets and duvet cover. They were soft, silky, and lovely to sleep in. I sleep warm and they kept me cool and felt clean and airy.
However; I've had them for less than a month and the material has already begun to pill. This makes them feel scratchy and fragile. For the price of these sets, they should be better quality and have better durability. I've washed them in natural, neutral detergents without softner. Hang dry only. This is not a care issue but purely a product defect.

Not worth the money.
- Took a while to arrive in Canada.
- Competitors have better prices for even higher quality silk.
- The zipper is fragile and about ready to come off.
- The comforter cover that I ordered arrived discoloured and smelling funky. The buttons on the sheet as well are cumbersome and could fall off at any moment - very cheap quality and poor design.
Overall, I wouldn't really recommend this to anyone.
