Hi Joule, thanks for your review! Our bamboo range is definitely a touch less silkier than our silk products, but they both are anti-bacterial and hold the same properties for skin and hair :)
Great website, even better pillowcases!
The website and everything about it was easy and simple to use. I had debated getting these pillow cases for a few years now and finally bit the bullet due to the Black Friday deals.

The Pillow Case lost it's silkiness…
The Pillow Case lost it's silkiness after the first wash (yes I followed the washing instructions). It's still nice to sleep on, but expensive for what it is. Some of the threading has come off from inside the case.

I ordered on November 24th and I have not received anything. My credit card was charged for the full amount, yet it has been over three weeks and I have not received the items. The email says they were shipped and would take at most 5-7 days, but it has been over three weeks. I have sent multiple emails asking g for updates and I am told it will be here. These were Christmas presents and with Christmas less than a week away I am worried I will not have anything for these family members.

I haven’t received my order, and I haven’t received any communication about it. Pretty frustrating. When I reached out after 2 weeks I was told it was held up in customs, but the tracker says it was in New Jersey, so…? Then nothing.

Pay attention to care instructions
Good instructions provided. My only wish would be that it came with a sample of pH neutral detergent to allow to wash and start using right away. It took me a few days to find the pH information for the laundry soaps we had on hand (none were neutral unfortunately).

The item has not been received
The item has not been received. It's been 2 weeks since shipment. The order was shipped on the 28th of November, it is now Dec 13th. It hasn't reached the USPS yet, it's been stuck in a holding location this entire time according to the tracking link. Customer service responded quickly but has not provided a solution.
