I have requested a return and no one is responding to my emails.

Poor quality/ sizing. (Temu/ shein comparable but 5 times the price )
Very difficult return service - short timescale and after daily emails for 6 days still didn't have return address but had been informed order had to be returned to Hong Kong ( ignore the UK part of their name - very deceptive)
Eventually I agreed on partially refund and to keep useless item as I was going away so would miss return window ( because it took 6 days to even get some return info but not actual address)
They delete negative comments on Facebook so overall AVOID.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I’ve been trying to return an item which is an incredibly difficult process.

I wanted to return an item from my order which was not suitable. I tried emailing countless times with no response, eventually received an email basically stating they would only refund me 1/4 of what I paid. Also tried to say they did not receive an item I returned, however I had photo evidence so they eventually had to honour this after much stress. Would not recommend due to poor customer service.

I ordered 2 swimsuits for a holiday. I ordered the same suit in 2 sizes as I wasn’t sure in fit having never ordered from this company before. There was a very long wait for delivery which wasn’t made clear at the point of ordering. This meant the swimsuits arrived too late for the holiday so I wanted to send them back, however I didn’t realise I would have to pay postage (also not clear at point of ordering), and before I could return, I had to contact them first to arrange this. I sent numerous emails before I received a reply. I was then advised about the high return costs. I was then given options about having a partial refund and keeping the suits or keeping the suits and receiving a full refund as a credit note. This seemed the easiest of the options considering how long it was taking before they responded to emails (around 2 weeks in all). I spent the credit note on a cardigan and 2 beach towels but the beach towels were extremely poor quality and the cardigan was also not as described. Will never order from this company again and will advise others about the pitfalls too.

I love my swimming costume…it’s really well made and fits beautifully.

Worst customer service EVER! I’ve sent about 6 emails trying to return items and they keep fobbing me off! Do not order from here!!!

No where on their website does it state they are based in usa and returns must go there.
My items arrived when all the Trump tariffs were going on and a number of couriers, including the post office were not delivering to the USA so returning was impossible.
They offered me a small refund based on
me keeping the goods which eventually I had no choice but to accept but still no refund 6 months later!!!
NEVER buy from them - they don’t respond to you either. Don’t even deserve 1 star!

The item, when it arrived, was poor quality and very disappointing. Trying to return it is a nightmare and they make it as difficult as possible to get your money back. I'll never buy from them again.

Impossible returns process

After numerous emails and requests from their side to send photos of the goods to be returned them then offer to partially refund the price instead of returns. You have to pay full tracked postage. When I asked several times they admitted I had to post and pay for tracked returns to China

Almost impossible to return items.it takes multiple emails to get someone to send you the address. Return postage is at own expense as well.

I have emailed 3 times about poor quality of a swimming costune that i purchased from Meet curve and nothing has been done about it!

I bought a swimsuit for my wife and it fit perfectly and looked exactly like the one in the pictures .
Only complaint was the long delivery time.

The bottoms of my swimming costume I ordered was not true to size, they felt larger than what I measured as per the size guide, looking very flabby, low quality and giving the illusion of camel toe. Really disappointed as I spent quite a fair bit of money on them.

The returns are dreadful. Non existent. The company is based in China and not the UK which is very misleading on the site. The items of clothing are a very small fit. I was offered only 30% of my purchase back, now on day 13 of a dispute. DO NOT RECOMMEND this company WHAT SO EVER

AVOID! Spent £130 and stupidly didn't look at reviews for the returns process. They've offered me £25 and I can keep the costumes or send it back at my own expense and get an £85 gift card.... What an absolute scam. Please do not buy anything from here if you suspect you need to return anything.

Good value for money
Problem initially with website but customer service gave quick response

The quality of the swimsuit is excellent and it fits lovely. True to size. I haven’t worn it in the sea yet but I am sure it will live up to expectations. Only downside is the delivery time it took to come but it was well worth the wait.
