Cancelling membership was straight…

Cancelling membership was straight forward and complete in a matter of seconds so no issues there.

As regards the actual site communicating with people, not for me. Little confidence in how genuine the person was who I was talking to.

it has been complete crap

it has been complete crap, all I ever get is so called women who wan to chat online only, never meet up! in fact I get the impression these are AI responses of course I can't prove it. I will certainly not be re subscribing.

That I am faithful to what I do.

Ok I guess , was a bit over wow, it’s was a better day then yesterday and I was so happy to see something go down different so I can now say that this is a great time and getting to know more about the people who are interested in me is better than any other slt I have ever been on.and I can certainly say from my experience that this is one of the best. Have been looking and looking for a good place to go and meet people. Have spent about $200.and all the time I got nothing but bad vibes in the pass 2 weeks so far I have agood time and actually have a lot of fun.so,thank you,.

Not what was expected!

I was thankful to have a 7 day free trial of the services. The support team was helpful and available.
In just over two days into the trial period I chose to chat with 11+ people. Everyone of them seemed to be AI or well scripted characters. Each gave the exact same responses to why they were not available for possibly meeting sometime down the road. They all insisted on staying in the forum only. They were good at dragging conversations out and asking open ended questions for engagement. I was fully expecting to speak with real people interested in meeting real people. I requested my data be removed from the database and cancel the trial service. I hope they do that without any problems. I think I missed the intent of this service or I was mislead. At this point I am not going to look back to see because I’m pretty sure I know the answer.

Scam and AI generated

Scam and AI generated. Almost all the men were local to me in a small rural town in the foothills of the Sierra Mountains in California. When I often asked to meet them to weed out AI, they were too busy, etc. Just a joke. I am no longer a member.

This is a fake dating site platform. I figured out immediately that the responses from chat interactions were AI bot driven and not real people. Don't waste your money, it is a scam.

The only improvement I would say for…

The only improvement I would say for the site is the “24 hrs” match timeline doesn’t work for most women to connect with a man… because many women do not look at their accounts until Saturday-Sunday. That is a major issues… when a person has to notify a woman a lot to try to meet her timeframe. 24 hrs is not enough for men!

I cancelled my prescription on January…

I cancelled my prescription on January 29th, 2026 and provided proof with the confirmation email. A charge was applied to my credit card on 04/18/2026 which is 1 day after the prescription ended. When I contacted customer service I was told a refund would not be applied even though I had proof of cancellation within the policy’s timelines. Then a 50% refund was applied because that is the highest percentage they will refund. This was not my error but I have been charged undue fees because of a policy of “no full refunds” that does not apply to this situation. The cancellation was completed on 01/29/2026 as per my written request, 19 days prior to the end date of the subscription. I plan to contact the better business burial and my credit card company to dispute this charge for it has been applied wrongfully.
It was a very disappointing experience.
