horrible customer service

I tried to open an account to give this company a go, but since the start, I have been having issues opening an account. The customer service emails basically replay with "sorry for your trouble, and we're looking into it". But after repeated emails over the last few months, I've just given up trying to go anywhere. As I either get a basic reply or no reply at all. This sounds like a SCAM COMPANY to me.

Unprofessional & scam artists

Unprofessional & scam artists. Their marketing states they handle your card’s month payments. No one does it state that they use your entire line of credit to put down on one credit card. Now they want me to call my creditor to get the funds back?!?! I wish I would have handled this from the start but unfortunately I tried to hang in there, well now a majority of my payment is going to them barely anything is going to the actual payment. I tried again to call and get them to stop the interest from their wrong doing but they refuse and unfortunately my other creditor is the process of debt collection so I can’t get the funds back. Alfredo there states they don’t work with debt collection companies. I said ok well I guess you will have to sue me and speak with an attorney. They are thieves. I don’t need this stress right now.

Paid down huge amounts on my cards…

Loved how Tally let me pay down huge amounts on 2 of my high balance cards. My score is already going up within last 30 days. The monthly payment to Tally is low and easy to cover and I love that the credit line is revolving to use again soon. My debt seems more manageable suddenly, thanks!!

If I could give them negative Stars I…

If I could give them negative Stars I would. Do not...I repeat DO NOT sign up with this company. I created an account to see what this company was all about and realized from other reviews that this company is a joke. Come to find out the reviews were not wrong unfortunately. If this review helps just one person not get caught up w/ this company I will feel vindicated from this POS company.

Started off with a reasonable monthly amount, and though my credit card usage has stayed the same, they have over tripled monthly payments. Scam artists.

AVOID, READ REVIEWS

First, I appreciate that Tally paid (read: moved) a significant chunk of my card debt to a credit line. It felt good see that number go down. I initially felt confident using this tool because Tally markets itself as a savior to crippling credit card debt. Their modern and sleek interface, branding, and initial offer is convincing enough to sign up-but don't get tricked.

I have good credit and was I was offered an initial lower rate. It wasn't amazing but it was lower than my current cards. My rate is now 23.9%-only 2% lower than my cards (which not very competitive). The application also asks how much you're willing to pay per month. This question and answer is arbitrary because ultimately you are going to pay (or try to pay) whatever Tally deems fit. Further, Tally didn't alleviate all of the debt-just some of it. I am continuing to pay each credit card AND a credit line with a growing monthly payment. Finally, everything is facilitated through an app and email. Initially offers and other documentation are not recorded. Withholding documentation and offers is a shady business practice.

I appreciate that Tally spread out my credit card debt. In case of emergencies, I can use my credit card now. However, I am locked into a high rate and am paying down a credit line with growing monthly payment. You are better off working with your bank and other institution. Do not use Tally.

Horrible Customer Service

While I have used Tally for several years and have loved the service, I am absolutely appalled by their lack of customer service. I cannot get any of the 4 agents I have been emailing to answering any of my questions. I keep getting very cut and dry scripts that do not address any of my questions or concerns. I have been trying to work with them for over two weeks now and no resolution has been able to be met because of the rude and disrespectful approach that their customer service has taken. When I spoke on the phone with an agent, I was told that everything would be emailed to me and now they are refusing to answer any of my questions unless I call in and speak to yet again another agent. I would give a 0 star rating if allowed.

A good alternative

I liked tally at first when I first…

I liked tally at first when I first signed up in May 2022 thinking it was going to help consolidate my credit card debt. In the beginning, I thought tally was really helping my financial burden but come to find out, they’ve been raping me in fees every month and charging over $200+ on interest every month. From May 2022 to current, December 2022, I’ve been charged $1000+ INTEREST to tally. At this point, I unlinked my credit cards and I’m about done with Tal. I just got approved for a personal loan to get rid of Tally for good, interest only being 9% in comparison to 18% with tally. Also should mention my rate with tally was at 16%, it is now 18.5%.

Whatever you do, please take the time to look into other options such as getting a personal loan in order to consolidate your debt. I have amazing credit, never missed a single payment in my life and tally treats me like crap. DO NOT SELL YOUR SOUL TO TALLY (the devil)

Tally is the worst

Tally is the worst. At first my credit wasn't supported but I was still able to link it to my account and as long as I showed them a bank statement, they were able to pay it. But when my card got compromised, I got a new with the SAME BIN NUMBER. And they want to say they can't support me because of the bin number. It's the same 8 first digits. Now,I'm stuck with credit card debt and the loan they gave me I have to pay back.

Very Rude and unprofessional staff you…

Very Rude and unprofessional staff you call multiple times they are never available specially Alfredo very very Rude he makes discriminatory statements and also talk over when you are speaking to him before you even explain yourself based on past history he does not let you speak when you ask him to speak to someone Else he also denies that for you not even telling you about the fees they charged you. Very high they do not treat their customer with respect and clearly do not care for their customer !

Not happy with your service

Not happy with your service. Discover It card still not accepted (I was told months ago that it’s a “glitch”). Once I’m paid off I will not be using your services again, and I have already steered all my my colleagues away from Tally.
