I have recently ordered the Gut Healing kit of the Vagus Nerve and the Gut Repair product and I am starting to feel a difference after just a couple of weeks with my acid reflux pain. I have also felt a lot less bloated since taking these products. I have just ordered my 2nd bottles.

I've been a naturopath for 25 years and Invariably when I test clients with gut issues, stress plays a major role in creating their symptoms!
Balancing the autonomic nervous system plays a crucial role in gut healing and since incorporating Yona Vagus I've found a considerable improvement in many issues like bloating , constipation , diarrhoea and gut related inflammation !
It's an extremely well formulated supplement and plays a crucial role in many of my gut healing protocols !

Yona had really made a difference to my digestive symptoms and has been a very helpful addition to my existing gut health regimen. I will certainly be taking it long term as I continue to get better.

Do not buy this product — it is a complete waste of money.
In addition, be very careful: the company automatically enrolled me into a subscription and deducted money from my bank account without clear consent.

I placed an order for Vagus + with next day delivery on 2nd January 26.
Money was taken from my account on 5th January.
Shop App shows no action taken since my order was placed.
No response to email or WhatsApp message. Looks like my WhatsApp message hasn't even been read
Phone call to WhatsApp number immediately cut off.

20th January 2026
Company refunded my postage and gave a 40% discount for my inconvenience (arrived in my account on 19th January).
I started using the product last week and after a couple of days had an upset stomach - this may or may not have been down to the product. With a long standing gut issue I would have been surprised if there had not been some sort of "protest" as the body attempts to adjust/reset.

The company were most helpful in suggesting a tapered approach to taking the supplement.
I shall be back to give a, hopefully, positive report on the effectiveness of the supplement itself.

28/1/2026 I was hoping I wouldn't have to come back here but as the company has just posted again, let me clarify something.
I told the company yesterday that after initially suffering an upset stomach, I had developed a bad case of refux at night - something that was not an issue previously.
Whilst the company did offer support all it really had to suggest was to keep on taking it in the hope that things would come good.

I’ve had IBS for about 15 years tried every thing this is the only thing that seems to work

Placed an order on 20th December 2025. Heard nothing and no tracking details on Shop app so I emailed Yona. Reply said this was due to the holiday period and I should receive a tracking email within 24 hours. Still nothing so I emailed again requesting a refund and order cancellation. Reply said the order was stuck at the sorting centre - as I no longer believe that I am ever getting an order I repeated my request. Still no refund and no sign of any order. Don't buy from this company - lot of excuses designed to keep my money! So, finally on 9th January I received a refund from Yona except for 90p. Apparently this has since been sent to me but still not received. I also received, separately, two money off vouchers of £5 and £10 which I have not used as I do not have confidence in this company. Hopefully, Yona will now stop emailing me asking me to review my review.

To everyone with acid reflux and all that accompanies it. The Yona Vagus really works! I never thought I’d be free of protein pump inhibitors as I also have a hiatus hernia. Caught in a vicious cycle I began the Yona Vagus supplement. Now after 3 or 4 months I am off the medication and feel so much better. A complete reset of the system. I recommend this to everyone suffering, try it. Also the company are very helpful and supportive, answer questions promptly and the supplements arrive in a very short time of ordering. How often these days do you really experience something that actuality ‘does what it says on the tin’. Top marks to Yona👏👏👏

UPDATE (10/12/25):

I have been taking Vagus+ for 6 weeks and initially I was skeptical. Having lived with LPR for 10 years, I'd lost all hope of a natural remedy and refused Big Pharma meds.
I can now reveal that I am 100% symptom free. No cough, no throat clearing and so, so happy.
I'd also like to add that Clara was fantastic and provided the best explanation of my condition.
I would highly recommend this product.

I recieved my initial order however it was missing one supplement. After some communication issues we both reached an amicable agreement.
They were helpful and offered recompense which I declined and now look forward to receiving the rest of my order.
Overall they were friendly and professional.
Unfortunately I can't comment on the effectiveness of the supplements as I introduced various protocols simultaneously - I guess time will tell

I’ve been taking Yona for just over a month now.
As someone who has no gall bladder and years of bad digestive health, I can recommend Yona 100%.

I have noticed reduced bloating, reduced acid reflux, reduced nausea and vomiting. In fact in hasn’t just reduced all these symptoms, it’s completely taken them away.

I have tried countless supplements, medications over the years and none have been as effective as Yona.

I am a mental health professional and deal with a lot of clients who have a weak Vegus nerve due to trauma. Yona does what it promises. It strengthens the vegus nerve and aids recovery.

Have been taking the vagus supplement and have worked up to two capsules a day. Have definitely seen a difference in my digestive system and IBS symptoms. Less bloating and pain and I am so much calmer although going through a very stressful time . I have less tummy pain and some of my food intolerances are better.I have been doing vagus nerve exercises too . I find the capsules easy to take. I started with one in the morning and took out the powder and mixed in my cereal . Now take one after evening meal too. I feel I have more energy because I am not using it being stressed and I suppose because my digestion is working better I’m not using up extra energy for that too. I have less brain fog and am sleeping a bit better .
Have just pre-ordered the gut health zinc supplement and hoping that helps to calm my skin flare and also lessen my intolerances and allergies too.

These supplements are making a very positive difference to the frequency and consistency of my poop. Definitely worth a try if that’s your issue. 😊

After two weeks of taking it very slowly( 1 tablet a day) I am starting to feel cautiously optimistic. I’ve tried all sorts of remedies over the years but for the first time in years I feel that this might actually help. I have to be careful with what I eat, but night time reflux is much reduced. I am no longer bloated and uncomfortable and I can think of eating a meal without the fear of pain and discomfort.

I have been taking Yona Vagus + for just over a month now and have felt a massive improvement in my silent reflux symptoms. Previously I had been on a low inflammation diet, taking probiotics and digestive bitters etc for 6 months and although I had seen improvements I was still coughing a lot due to excess mucous and irritation in my esophagus. After around 2 weeks I noticed my symptoms had really reduced and now a month later I am practically symptom free. Amazing! I did struggle a bit with significant fatigue when I first began taking Yona and so had reduce the does and took just half a capsule for a week or so until I rebalanced. Then I went up to 1 capsule a day and after another week started on 2 capsules a day. Yona was definitely the missing link in my gut healing protocol and I'll continue to take the maintenance dose. So happy I tried this product!

Customer care is outstanding, very responsive and supportive. I didnt think this would work however it has after 4 weeks and I no longer have to worry about staying at home after meals. It has also helped with my acid reflux and I have reduced the PPI's I need to take.

After 10+ years of bloating, tightness and general discomfort and trying many different supplements, I am finally starting to see steady improvement.
