Absolute scam. They didn't deliver on a single promise they've made. Didn't meet the go live deadline (missed by 3 months, despite crucial holiday season). For 4 months they didn't make up sales to even cover the subscription fee. Total waste of money. Zero control over what's being done, close to zero reporting. We've wasted thousands of euros for nothing and were one the verge of suing.

We have been working with the team at MEEZY for about 1.2 years now. The experience has exceeded our expectations and we truly feel that we have a great partner and finally an ability to scale our brand (Beverly hills) on amazon. From the initial call with Basiel, to working with the onboarding team, to now dealing with our main day to day contacts, we have comfort that we are on a path to success. We already sell to all of EU via Amazon, we wanted to work together specially on all fields outside of Amazon. We have partners in different countries we do not want to infringe: they picked up this start and did a perfect & professional job.

We worked for 18 months, in these have had contact to all parts of Meezy, most being very professional, enclosed are the details:

Onboarding: 5-star
Set-up of articles: 5-stars
Marketing: 5-star (I would give 6 if it was possible)
Keeping markets separated, with all complications involved: 5 stars
Warehousing: 4-star (but FAR better than most other warehouses we work with !)

Bookkeeping and reporting: a nightmare, zero stars - this being the main reason we stopped: if you need reports on time for merging of accounts in partnerships -or for OSS reports- you are lost: the ghosting from this department being the least of the problems.
Management changed this in January - and in March - but no change to the better.

Conclusion: If you are a small company (and you have time for accounts) wishing to start PAN-EU then Meezy is the perfect partner: if you already are an EU seller and/or need any papers on deadlines: don't start with Meezy.

Also the stopping of the partnership worked very amicably: we made sell-offs and got back the products from the warehouse: all perfect: But we are still waiting for the final report sheets: our mails are not even answered by bookkeeping since August ...
... we actually hope that THIS report of experience will FINALLY make a change and we have it before the years end.
