VERY VERY bad communication.
After waiting for two months for my (payed) order finally I cancelled the order. Not that I did not wanted to wait longer but I wad tired of the VERY bad way of communication from this company towards her customer. Customet = King ? NOT for this company. More then once they promise sending the ordered items on a specific day .... nothing. Then I have to make an inquiry myself of the status of my order. THAT happened more then three times. Enough is enough, NO more people from Mega-bikes.de. There are companies who are willing to perform the way a supplier suppose to perform to her customer.
