Was told it was only a few hours for…

Was told it was only a few hours for withdrawal process 3 days on and keep getting generic responses for withdrawal. Just a sorry and that it’s is escalated. I also emailed 2 days ago to the support and have had no response email back. It is terrible service considering sister sites pay out promptly.

Hopefully there is not a reply like a lot of other replies on this saying no username found. If this is resolved I will update this post accordingly.

UPDATE. Used a 10 pound bonus after I had put in £60 worth of money. Had a bit of winning had played the required money back and now the money I had won and in real money balance has been taken away and my £2000 withdrawal and they had a cheek to hit me with £250 gratitude. After the money I have played in them and their sister sites this is disgusting.

A reply saying I breeched bonus funds the bonus funds were used before the spins got put up. Even had messages pop up congradulating me on my win and it took days to reply with such a rubbish get out of paying out excuse. Actually disgusting behaviour of it was not allowed then why did the funds go into available balance. There was obviously available balance to play with and win on. Didn’t pay out and stole the winnings. Beware of this site.
Good will gesture of 250 out of the 8000 they took.

Try to withdraw is painful

You can only withdraw money once until they approve it…so your withdrawal can still be waiting 60 hours after u ask for it…this simply is not good enough especially if u win and want to withdraw more…

Made a £100 deposit didn’t use straight away CD and back to the site a short while later and the deposit had disappeared contacted them through chat sent all proof they asked for no response emailed the so-called support address and still no reply have followed up with a lot more messages as I think it’s disgusting they don’t answer or update they have my money and won’t refund it or acknowledge me even with the proof

Terrible withdrawal process!

I am waiting on a withdrawal that has been “processing” for 24 hours. I contacted the live chat and received no reply, I emailed them and no reply. Now I’m attempting contact via Facebook.

0/10 - will never use this casino again.

If they manage to rectify what they have done and complete my withdrawal in a timely manner, I will change my review accordingly.

I try it says it can’t release my

Megacasino stopping my withdraws

I have been using Megacasino for about a year, my account has been verified and I have been able to withdraw. This stopped a couple of months ago, I have not been able to withdraw as the site says additional verification is needed and then brings me to the upload documents page. However on this page there is no option for me to upload as all my documents have already been verified. The emails sent to support@megacasino etc go unanswered.

This is really unacceptable.

I'm very aware and check trust pilot…

I'm very aware and check trust pilot before I use any casinos and I can honestly say mega casino is fine and legit everytime I have made a withdrawel I have recieved my winnings not 1 time have I had problems yes for me it takes at least 24 hours to recieve them but I always get them with the Christmas and new years there's obviously going to be delays these people have life's and family's to but trust me you will recieve your withdrawel

Can’t fault really

I can’t really understand these bad reviews, I’ve played with mega casino for over a year now, and not had a single bad experience, I currently have a £5,000 withdrawal in processing, normally have funds from smaller withdrawals (anywhere from £100-£1000 with me within hours) I use the trustly option with depositing and withdrawing also.

Again, can’t fault mega casino, however one thing I would make comment on is having some chat moderators, or actual live chat reps, as that seems to be the main thing people comment on
