Last minute I needed a costume for my daughter was able to order online and collect within a few hours everyone was very helpful and was ready waiting for me when I got there 😊

The costume I ordered was made very very poorly. The top of the dress was very lopsided. and I don’t have time to get a replacement, so I’ve had to make alterations to it so will not be ordering again from you, but the quality of the service the emails everything was absolutely fascinating

Wow! I love shopping with this store as they have great Care Bear Toys. This store always sends goods out very quickly, combine postage and are also excellent with communication.

I ordered a parcel and selected next day special delivery. There were no terms displayed on the page and the package didnt arrive for another 3 days. I will be requesting a full refund for the postage and the item.

The costume arrived quickly. The overall costume was of a good quality however it was far too long for me. I do do my own clothing alterations but to alter this particular dress was above my skill set and the costume was too expensive for me to take scissors to it. When I messaged the company, they agreed that I could return the dress and they would consider a refund.

It was good condition and the delivery was quick just in time for the children's play as my grandson is doing Oliver and twist at his school well pleased with the outfit

It didn’t have the headband with the Caesar costume

Zip was broken on item, however as it was Halloween night I had no other option but to let my son wear it and pin it up- it looked ridiculous but stopped him crying. Contacted company to let them know who were incredibly unhelpful. They were not interested in the specific situation and only interested that it had been worn. After several messages back and forth they would only offer 25% refund which was about £4- on a completely unusable item that cost £16.99. I think you can tell a lot about a company by how they treat their customers, and I will not be buying from them again.

It ripped when my daughter tried it on. I sewed it before she wore it. It ripped again minutes after she wore it.

Fast delivery, great product

This was the second online purchase, the first was not true to size so returned item(different supplier). I was happy to see actual sizes and not S/M/L. Ordered a 18/20 I am a size 16, but could not either step in or put over my head as actual waist size was minute. No stretch in waist at all would only reach above my knees. I noticed the actual skirt material was plenty enough to fit me, so I have unpicked the back to let the many gathered darts out and I have then reattached this to the bodice. A bit of a fiddle as it was a non stretch material to stretch material. I had no more time to do anything else. Not true to size the top part fits but could have been a bit bigger. This seems to be the norm with fancy dress outfits, do not cater for anyone other than stick thin individuals, good for them but sad for the fuller figure ladies. Why don’t the manufacturers use an adjustable waist with a tie cord. 3 stars given as outfit arrived promptly, good value and would have been 5 stars if it matched its sizing.
