They adviced me to buy an item. I wasn’t sure it was what I needed so I told them I could try it and bring it back if it doesn’t work. It wasn’t the item I needed but they refused to take it back because the packaging was open. However the only way to see if it was the right item for me to use was to open the packaging. Super bad customer service. Avoid going there!!

Standard installasjon av varmepumpe (1 innedel): they charged me more 1900nok because it was "not standard", but installer did not inform me in advance! i feel that they cheated and tried to take more money from customer! For example: The standard installation covers "Rør, deksel og kabel inntil 4 meter mellom utedel og innedel", but Varmepumpe Energy AS charged more 300kr for the cable 3m, while the cables they installed at my house is still within 3m. Not happy at all.

Megaflis having very very very bad online service....
I order something in November 2023. Waiting time was 13 days.
But after 15 days later they send me SMS that they will be 21 days more late.
And after 21 days. They said 10days more.
Not recommended Megaflis.....
I will never Shop from Them...
