The wigs that I received were better…
The wigs that I received were better than I expected. The wig I purchased from a video I saw on instagram eas the same exact wig they sent. The cap sizes are on point, the hair is on point , and the highlights on one of them are gorgeous . Shipping was very fast and the team was very nice. I see some bad reviews on here but sometimes you can’t please everyone . Overall I was satisfied with my purchase . I also love how if you buy multiple units , the prices go down a lot on each one . I will definitely be purchasing wigs from them again.

Given the wrong hair and at first the contact was pleasant and I had no issues, the lady told me the wig cap that came with the wig had to be unopened and the lace had to be untouched. No problem.
then she told me since it was a BOGO I could "keep the free gift" for mt troubles.. again no problems ...
Then I get an email that the wig was returned to the faculty, and I gave about 10 business days for my refund to return.....nothing happened
I reached out them and asked them for an update and at first, they claimed they never received it , but UPS provider a signature and name of the person who accepted it.
all of the sudden it became "We are not giving a refund because you did not return the second wig "
I told them 'I was told I could keep it per your email "
then it was Oh we were not talking about that, we were talking the wig cap. "
I stated that the email specially said "WIG" and not wig cap and they said it was a typo ..like huuhhhhh
