If you have no affiliation to the TikTok team, why in my very first review and by Megalook office email did you say you’ll “reach out to them”?? Like I said I’ll be filing a lawsuit this come Monday.
Original review: DO NOT SHOP FROM MEGALOOK HAIR‼️‼️ THEY ARE SCAMMERS and THIEVES ‼️‼️ I ordered from their TikTok shop and I NEVER received my order! It’s been over 3 weeks! They refused to refund me and they have been very disrespectful, antagonizing and teasing me with the fact I didn’t get the wig or refund, been non complaint, and unprofessional towards me. I wish I can post screenshots on here! Very disappointing as it’s my first time ordering from their company and that wig was supposed to be worn for a special occasion! I reached out multiple times through TikTok, instagram , email, but they BLOCKED ME/IGNORED ME! They blocked me from Instagram, TikTok main page, and they muted me from commenting on their TikTok live. This is how you know they are SCAMMERS because when I exposed them they BLOCKED ME! Over $300 spent and I didn’t receive the wig I ordered! STAY AWAY from this SCAMMING and FRAUDULENT company!
Each time I reached out to megalook hair whether it’s by email, website, phone number, and even on Instagram before they blocked me… they claimed they’re don’t associate with the megalook hair TikTok shop team. Yet all megalook hair orders from all their social media platforms, including TikTok shop are shipped from the SAME ADDRESS which is 219 South Third Avenue, Unit1 La Puente California 91746! At the end of the day it’s ONE Megalook hair company, and it’s going to be ONE Megalook hair company that’ll be served a summons at 219 South Third Avenue, Unit1 La Puente California 91746.
So Megalook hair, one last time my order ID on TikTok shop is 5772886626921723590! REFUND MY ORDER, or I’ll see you in court! I’ll be updating this review on whether I was refunded or filed the lawsuit, stay tuned!✨

Too big, practically bald lace
This is the worst wig at this price point I’ve ever purchased. The lacefront is basically bald with sparse hairs with huge black knots and it looks “griddy”. I can’t wear it parted because of the 2 inches of lace with practically no hair. The wig itself is huge. I have a relatively big head and never had a problem with any wig from any company fitting, but this is loose. The draw string doesn’t allow it to go any tighter than where I have pulled it. Buyer beware! This is the quality you can get for half the price at any beauty supply store.

Defective products, poor customer service, no accountability.
I bought two wigs and they arrived with the elastic bands sewn in like they’re chin straps for a bike helmet, on the edge next to your jaw, hanging down outside of the wig… rather than in the proper position, next to the ears to hook under the back of your head. So they are unusable. I contacted customer service to return and got no reply. So I contacted them a second time and finally got a reply, and all they said in the reply was “I’ll get back to you”. Why get back to me? You sent me defective products… I sent you photo evidence… Just take accountability and give me a return label! Also…. Never got back to me! So I’m stuck with two defective wigs and out the money.

I first learned about megalook hair through Facebook and I have to admit I was very skeptical. I went online to their website and I have to say I love it very simple to install whether you want to glue or tape I was able to take it right out the box and glue it on. I purchased a 13 x 4 18 inch and have received so many beautiful compliments. The hair does not shed. It lay down so natural I didn’t need anything else. mega look is official. It is not a scam. It’s pricing is absolutely affordable.

disasterous return
I ordered from this site and, unfortunately, had to return the wigs. The wigs themselves were actually fine, but their customer service was absolutely horrendous.
They received the returned wigs (after I had to reach out multiple times just to get responses), but they never issued my refund. I messaged them consistently for a week with no reply at all; they didn’t even open my emails. I ended up waiting weeks with zero communication.
Eventually, after weeks of silence, they finally reached out and processed the refund. By that point, I had already contacted my bank to dispute the charge.
The product quality may be okay, but the customer service experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. I would not order from them again.

The hair quality is good for the price, but the cap is far too big; the wig would never have stayed in place. So I contacted customer service, and they offered to let me send the wig back to California and send me a smaller one. They said they would refund the shipping costs of over €25. The wig arrived a long time ago, and now I'm not getting any further response. I had to open a PayPal case and hope I don't lose my money. Don't order from them—it's a scam!
