Managed to pick up some star wars shatterpoint kits and some board games cheaper than I could find elsewhere by a large margin. The delivery took around 2 weeks so not the fastest but if you're more keen to make a saving than to get a game to the table that week then Megalopolis are worth buying from.

My order arrived quickly and in great condition. The website helper was also great for helping me track my order and making suggestions for more games.

Great range of games at a really competitive price. Picked up a couple of games I’d been struggling to find elsewhere.
Not the speediest delivery (this is clearly shown on their website) but everything was packaged up really well. Each game was individually bubble wrapped and shipped in a very sturdy box.

First order from Megalopolis, including 1 relatively expensive board game. I had one question after the order completed and it was answered with the relevant information in a very quick time via their contact us form. Delivery was quick, and well packaged, board games both in excellent condition.

Overall very pleased with the order, I would recommend this company, and will use it again.

Purchased so many TCG products online in the past and almost always received boxes with dents, corner damage, or poor packaging. I reached out to the Megalopolis team with my concerns and they responded almost immediately. They took extra care with the packaging, reinforced the box, and made sure everything arrived in perfect condition. First time using them for a difficult to find game. Great price and sent out promptly, but what pushed this into 5 stars was how well the games were packaged, sturdy box, bubble wrap and extra cardboard at the corners!
Really went the extra mile knowing what delivery drivers can be like with packages, arrived in pristine condition.

Purchased the game Peacemakers Horrors of War from Megalopolis and a few related extras. Offered at an excellent price. The game arrived in 6 days with a quality overnight courier. No damage to box or contents, everything in perfect condition. Really happy with this transaction, will use again and highly recommended.

I ordered a product that was cheaper here than anywhere else and shortly received an email after advising the box was slightly damaged, offering a multitude of options. I could take a small discount, cancel with full refund, or wait until they got more of the product in shortly. They offered pictures of both boxes they had in stock with minor damage. They are the most open and honest company I have dealt with. Other companies have sent me very damaged boxes in the past with no communication. I chose the option that was best for me and it was all handled quickly and superbly. My thoughts about this company are top tier and they deserve more business. Item was delivered faster than estimated and packed safely with no issues. Definitely recommend based on my own experience.

Used Megalopolis for the first time and was very pleased. Best price I could find anywhere and very reasonable shipping cost.
Item arrived extremely well packaged and protected.
Delivery wasn't the fastest at 5 working days but for the price, I can accept that.

I can't reconmend Megalopolis highly enough. Order all went perfectly and delivered on time in great condition. I got an email before dispatch saying there was a small ding on my game box, with a picture and multiple offers of how I wished to proceed. Having had games turn up in all kinds of conditions (or not at all) from other stores, I really liked this. No one wants to drop money on a new board game and receive it in damaged condition. The other thing was that the box looked barely touched anyway they just weren't sure if under the cellophane the edge of the corner was maybe creased or crunched a little bit. Most retailers would send that out without a thought but that kind of attention to detail and appreciation for the customer was really nice to see. And when I unwrapped the game it was just the wrap that was slightly creased the game was fine. The man I was emailing was called John he was helpful friendly and always replied quickly and i was in no way made to feel like a pain in the arse for asking questions. It is nice to feel like an appreciated customer, will be going to them first from now on.

Update - just bought DnD TOEE from them as well and yet again excellent service, arrived pristine and exactly when stated

Phenomenal service!! Stumbled upon this site whilst searching for a commander deck, I was sceptical as I'd never heard of them & it was the last in stock but my fears quickly dissipated when a member of staff replied to my email promptly, ensuring this was the correct price. To my amazement it arrived the very next day. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for their outstanding service and care.

Had never heard of this company before, however they had really good prices for one piece cards. Wasn't sure whether to purchase from them but when I saw the other reviews on here I thought I would just chance it! I ordered on Friday and the package arrived on Monday, it was well packed and everything included! Great overall service!

Generally I give 4 stars*.
I remove 1 star for using DPD, as their couriers never bother to let you know they came with parcel. (One week twice situation even if I intentially waited for them). Once their "smart" courier left leaflet with wrong flat number by the main door (actually it was parcel from Megapolis)- collect at ourskirts of the town about 5 miles away from my place, secondly the courier didnt bother to show up at all leaving the parcel in collection point 2 miles away. To sum up Megapolis is worth of maximum stars, but be careful with this DPD because this company may really spoil the good image of someone who really do their best.
