Had a great experience with megamow man was really polite and did my first cut lovely and tidy up after himself I recommend this company

Just booked with megamow and had my first lawn cut today which looks absolutely amazing! The guy was polite and friendly. Very impressed. Thank you Megamow!

Unfortunately really poor service.

I deliberated for a bit and chose for the convenience. My first cut was confirmed and as promised they arrived and contacted me.
I did not need my cctv to see what was done. The lawn was strimmed (dare I say it was not very long) and the trimming were blown into the hedged and plant area around the lawn.
I proceeded to advise and was told to keep carrying on to see if it improves on the next cut. When asked about the cost to cancel, they were unresponsive.
I hope to be able to cancel and now £22 out of pocket for a 40m2 strim and poor service. I strongly do not recommend.

An absolute nightmare to pause or cancel the service. Their website makes it impossible for you to complete either of these actions. They ignore emails and continue regardless.

Booked up online for a first free cut and had a few visits since, fantastic service and lovely guys. They've been extremely helpful, working around me and very polite. Exactly what I need to cut my grass and no faff. They've used mulch mowers which encourage grass growth and I can the see difference already!

24hrs from contact to 1st mow is exceptional service

Very punctual and pleasant guy, who regularly mows lawn. Clean and tidy and does a good job.

Brilliantly easy service, no fuss, fantastic.
No need to constantly try and book for someone to come. Every 2 weeks, mowed and the garden is left so tidy.

The guys that came were absolutely amazing they went above and beyond to sort my garden that was in a bit of a state I couldn't be more happy with the result thanks so much !

I was a bit sceptical to respond to a flyer passed to me by a friend but so glad I followed up. My regular gardener away and I needed a few mows in August. I went out to an appointment and returned to find lawn mowed and edges done. No mowings in garden waste either which helps keep space for regular gardening waste. I can recommend this service. My daughter met the gardener briefly and said very nice and he queried about the verge too so efficient. Communication is great and all questions answered in timely manner. Sign up, you will not be disappointed! I will be using again in future for leaf clearance in Autumn and future mowing at certain times.
