Order took a while to be processed and hadn’t heard anything in that time. Once it got sent received some messages so was at ease. With all these scams now don’t know what’s real what’s not. Perhaps a message saying we are busy but will get to it soon??maybe.

Speedy delivery
I bought some choc caramel lollies which help with reflux. The price is great when you buy 5 to 6 bags as the postage costs are dropped. The expected time of arrival was quite a way off, but to my surprise, they arrived very very quickly, for which I am very grateful.

The human touch
I had booked same day delivery from Mega Thing and a man called ti apologise personally for a minimum 24 hr delay in delivery. I was so impressed by the thoughtful gesture and professionalism of this staff member.

Terrible - No ETA on order after 1 month
I still have not received my order that I made on the 29th of May. There was no indication when purchasing the product that there would be a delay however on Monday 5th June I received an email from the purchasing and warehouse supplier that my order is delayed with no confirmed ETA. There was no option of an alternative product or refund. It's now almost a month later, I still have not received my order, no one has been in contact since with an ETA, at this point I don't know if I will ever receive my order.
