Withdrawal Marked Successful but Funds Not Received This is a serious complaint against Megapari for unethical and fraudulent behavior. On 1.03.2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of 10, 000. The transaction status in my account clearly shows that the withdrawal has been “completed successfully" However, the amount has NOT been credited to my bank account even after repeated follow-ups. Customer support keeps giving the same scripted response — “wait for 24 hours, " This has been repeated multiple times without any resolution. There is no transparency, no proper explanation, and no proof of transfer provided. This pattern of delay appears intentional. It feels like a strategy to frustrate users and emotionally manipulate them into continuing to gamble and lose more money while their withdrawal remains pending. Marking a transaction as “completed” without actually transferring the funds is highly misleading and unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will escalate this matter to cybercrime authorities and consumer protection forums for financial misconduct and misleading

I got withdrawal from megapari and after several i got complaint from cyber cell department of India and my amount where i got from megapari as a withdrawal got freeze.I already written to customer support about this matter but after a 25 days customer support have no resolution as of now. I am extremely disappointed with my…

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience on MegaPari.
I submitted a withdrawal request of 5100 EGP, but it was later declined due to a recipient limit issue. Immediately after the withdrawal rejection, the funds were suddenly returned back to my account balance without any clear warning or proper notification that they had become available again for betting.
At that moment, I was under the impression that my balance was still 0 EGP, since the withdrawal process was still ongoing. Unfortunately, due to this unexpected reversal and timing issue, an unintended bet was placed using the exact returned withdrawal amount, which resulted in the complete loss of my funds.
This situation is highly concerning because it happened directly as a consequence of the withdrawal being declined and the balance being restored instantly, creating an exceptional and confusing circumstance for the customer.
As a long-term user, I expected better protection, transparency, and support in such cases. Instead, I am left with a significant loss and no fair resolution so far.
I strongly urge MegaPari to investigate this incident properly and return the 5100 EGP, as this was not a normal betting decision but a mistake caused by the platform’s withdrawal handling process.
Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend this platform to others.

From that moment, the balance became available for use again.

Our records clearly show that a bet was placed from your account on 2026-01-30 at 22:23:18, and this action is fully reflected in your game history and account activity logs. It is important to clarify that Megapari does not have any technical ability to place bets on behalf of players or to use player funds without direct interaction from the account holder. Every bet can only be initiated manually by someone who has access to the account.

We understand that the timing of the balance return may have caused confusion, and we truly regret that this experience felt unclear or overwhelming. However, based on the verified account activity and system logs, the funds were used during gameplay, and unfortunately, this means we are unable to reverse or refund the amount in question.

We truly value you as a long-term player and appreciate the trust you have placed in us over time. While this outcome may not be what you hoped for, we want to be transparent and honest with you about what is technically and procedurally possible.
