UPDATED TRUSTPILOT REVIEW – MEGAPARI IS A COMPLETE SCAM

I am updating my review because Megapari has gone from bad to worse. This is not a small delay anymore—this is pure scam behaviour.

I deposited money in USDT and won around ₹10,000, but when I tried to withdraw, everything changed. First, they forced me to go through an impossible “verification” process that keeps stretching endlessly.

Here is exactly what happened:

1. They demanded PAN card (front & back)
I sent high-quality, original camera photos—no editing, no compression, nothing modified.

2. Then they asked for a selfie holding PAN card + email screen open
I provided exactly what they asked for, again in highest quality.

3. After that, they accused me of using “graphic editors” even though I sent images directly from my camera.
This is just an excuse to delay my withdrawal.

4. Then they asked for address proof—a utility bill from last month
Even though utility bills don’t always come in my name, they still demanded it.
I provided my bank statement PDF as an alternative, because not everyone receives utility bills personally.

5. They then asked for my bank statement in PDF format AND the password to open it.
I sent both.

6. After all this, instead of verifying, they sent a message:
“Your data is under verification, wait for the answer.”
And then — silence again.

7. Their security team doesn’t respond for days.
They even warned me not to “spam” when I was simply following up after waiting two weeks.

8. I contacted support on call — and instead of helping, they said they will not assist me further and wouldn’t even explain what is wrong.

This entire process looks like a deliberate attempt to stall verification and avoid paying withdrawals. They keep asking for new documents every few days, even after sending everything they request.

This is not KYC — this is harassment and a scam pattern.

If Megapari cannot verify me after PAN, selfie, email screen, bank statement PDF, password for the PDF, then it's clear they are doing this intentionally.

"My withdrawal has been held for over 72 hours due to an unresolved KYC verification. I submitted all documents immediately.

When I contacted Live Chat for an update, the service was appalling. They initially excused the delay with a 'technical error with their email system'.

When I pressed for a solution, the agent concluded the conversation with a shocking statement, refusing to help and attempting to silence me:

'I kindly ask you to stop complaining, we are unable to help you from our side. This is the final response to you. Any further conversation will be considered as spam.'

This behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. They are withholding my money and refusing communication. I demand the immediate processing of my verification and withdrawal. A formal complaint to their Licensing Authority is already underway.
