Perfect what can I say

have ordered from MegaPump many times and usually everything was fine. The products arrived without problems and the delivery was always on time. Because of that I trusted this store and kept ordering from them.
However, I had one bad experience. One time I ordered Ashwagandha but accidentally selected the option to pick it up from the store instead of delivery (Order #72418). I realized the mistake right away and wrote to their support explaining that I live far away and cannot come to the store. I asked if they could simply send it to me instead.
Unfortunately, I never received any response. I contacted them by email and also tried reaching them through their chat, but nobody replied. It was very disappointing because I had already paid for the product and it felt like my messages were just ignored.
This happened around 1–2 years ago, but the experience still left a bad impression. Most of my orders were fine, but the lack of customer support in that situation was frustrating.

Ordered 1kg of caffeine powder on January 25th, 11 days laters got my package, on Feb 5th. I was genuinely scared that I got scammed for how long it was taking, I ordered temu items 2 days before ordering from mega pumps and somehow something delivered from outside the country delivered faster. I honestly don't know if it was an posts fault or mega pumps fault however it's still kinda ridiculous. They also sent it in a completely white package and somehow managed to misspell caffeine to 'cafieine' so it was REALLY sketch, if ur reading this Google how easily u can OD on caffeine powder. So the fact it was misspelled for something so potentially dangerous was pretty sketchy, HOWEVER I did use it today measured with a scientific scale and noticed results of the higher caffeine so it definitely WAS NOT a scam just REALLY REALLY sketchy packaging so don't let this review stop u from buying this product.

The costumer service was actually quite well, was nervous after the first week so I emailed them asking for some insight for where it is and they replied a day later saying if it takes longer they'll open a ticket with an post to find it, so honestly pretty nice. I recommend if ur anywhere close to Dundalk to just go there cuz I couldve honestly just taken a bus there and bought it and had it faster than getting it delivered
