Customer service unresponsive
Have ordered off them a few times, but on my recent order one of aminos was already open. it was spoiled and unusable. I've emailed the customer service 3 times now and still no response for a replacement.

AN Post have confirmed delivery of your parcel to the address provided at checkout.
As this has been confirmed following an internal AN Post investigation which concluded the parcel was delivered and signed for.
Unfortunately we are unable to issue a refund or replacement as the parcel is delivered.

We blocked you because even though the order was cancelled and money was refunded, you still sent offensive messages.
