I have made an order the second I done it I realised I made an address mistake and needed to amend it before it got shipped out I have constantly tried to get in touch with messages and chat they are always offline ,
Please if somone from megatan sees this please I need to amend my address on my account sarahleo3942@gmail .com no one has got back to me via any source of communication and it’s been 7 days is this company a legit company im wondering

Placed my order 11 days ago and I’ve emailed for tracking as it’s a split package but no one has gotten back to me, please if staff see this can you email me back? Parcel still not arrived!!! After a few days I ordered 3 sema kits aswell and only 2 have arrived in the post today!! NO ONE ORDER FROM THIS SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY, if my boxes do not arrive tomorow with all missing contents I will be going for a full chargeback!!

Ordered sema and delivered within 5 days. Can’t complain. Yet to mix and use so will update review. So far so good

Fast delivery however the retatrutide is fake and does not work. I also spoken to someone who ordered another slimming peptide which also didn't work

Order seized at customs, Megatan did nothing to resolve. If you buy from people like this, its a lottery.

I have placed an order…didn’t get the confirmation plus the email address doesn’t work to contact them

I placed an order and payed for special delivery. I still haven’t received my order and there is no email available. 1st time ordering from them, and now I’m thinking is it even a legit company???

I have placed an order and given an order number. When ordered it said I would get an email confirmation with all my order details but I haven’t received any emails and now I’m concerned I won’t get my order. There was an email given to contact megatan on but when I tried to send an email to it the email was not able to be delivered.
If this issue is corrected I will amend my review as such

Ordered semaglutide which turned out to not be semaglutide. Ended up being admitted in hospital after using fake semaglutide which was tested to was not semaglutide.

Placed an order for a couple of the nasal sprays and a couple of vials of the Sema-g, all arrived within 4 days of placing the order. Well packed, everything I need included, really happy. Thanks.

I ordered tanning injections a year ago and had to get the money back from my bank as I had no delivery or correspondence from megatan.
Last week I looked at these reviews and I noticed that this company seem to have got their act together so wanted to give them 1 more try as the prices are brill.
Ordered Monday afternoon and by weds my items were delivered.
So you can now order with confidence if you are reading this and not sure.

I have always ordered of Megatan. No issues with them at all.
Only thing is that they use royal mail and as we all know that they are slow.
On a good note they always issue a tracking number. I will continue to use Megatan.

Ordered from MEGATAN for years and never had an issue. They offer the better prices than other companies and always a quick dispatch.

Quick efficient does what it says on the tin

Had an issue with the first batch I ordered however I emailed and Sophie was quick to reply and sorted the issue out. Haven't tried the second batch yet so cant comment on it but great communication.

Annoying when there’s a problem you never get back to you . A voice would help.Although I get frustrated as well when payment problems occur
