My Lexus parts were exactly as expected—Genuine Toyota parts in original wrappers. Shipping speed from Japan was impressive, but still took a while so plan accordingly. The packaging was traditional Japan: Very neat, taped perfectly, and considerate of its contents. Even with shipping, I still saved a lot of money over buying from the Lexus dealer.

My experience two years

I placed an order for two items from Megazip on May 08, 2025, and was told delivery would take 5–7 days. As of May 22, the tracking information hasn’t updated since May 14 — the package is stuck in Japan with no movement for 10 days.

Despite contacting their support, I was met with vague excuses about customs and shipping delays. They refused to escalate the issue or offer any solution. Instead, they simply repeated that the delay is “normal” and that I must wait even longer.

This is not acceptable, and this level of poor communication and lack of accountability is incredibly unprofessional. I’ve now had to prepare a PayPal dispute to protect myself.

This was my worst and last time ordering from Megazip. Avoid if you value your time and money.

Don't order from them. They never sent me the item and are blaming the shipping company. I'm requesting a refund, but they say they can't process it until the parcel is officially declared lost. Very disappointing.

After 2 days i got email to add 280 $ (shiping cost was 380$ insted of 100)
I payed but it was not fair

I am impressed with the price and the purchase. In my situation I needed a gas tank for a 2004 Honda Silver wing. To my surprise the were able to locate and ship a brand new tank. Will I come back and offer future purchases. Of course I will. Thank you and happy riding 😊

I was looking for a battery air filter for my JDM car which was exclusively for that vehicle hence couldn't find it locally. That's where Megazip.net came to rescue and offered me genuine product at astonishingly competitive price even after adding shipping cost from Japan. I got so excited I placed the order instantly then regretted why I didn't order more quantity. I message to customer service and they fixed the quantity and price for me without any delay. Even with public holiday in Japan, I received my parcel in Sydney within 10days. I can't thank them enough for the service I have received.

The parts that I order was original genuine Kawasaki parts and they fit perfectly.Guys don’t spend money to useless Chinese parts for your motorcycle.

I found parts that I couldnt find anywhere else. The parts diagrams are really helpful. Shipping time was appropriate for getting parts from Japan. I didnt actually have any option but the wait and the price was well worth the wait.
