I’ve ordered a pair of shock absorber springs. Both showed in stock when ordering and no warnings were shown. Order delivery was promised latest 24th of October. Order was not sent on time and only when I contacted support they told that one spring is out of stock. I asked for order being cancelled and money back, but I was refused because “ item was specially procured for your order” whatever that means. They offered to ship missing part from other warehouse and now it appears that it is out of stock there as well. And it will be back in stock middle of November earliest. It makes no sense to get half of order as I need a pair and I’m refused to cancel order and get money back. It’s absolutely bad service and customer experience.

UPD on their reply: one piece was sent at the moment of order from Japanese warehouse, before that it wasn’t sent. Imagine you have a broken car waiting for 2 parts at certain time and the narrator you get this endless waiting and promises. Only possible right behavior from show was to inform in the very beginning that one part is out of stock and ask do I want to wait or cancel order. Which they didn’t. So I’ve spent money for nothing, I still have car broken and have to wait more. And shop is just giving excuses, without any responsibility for showing wrong stock info and braking promises

The service is great, they’ve got a huge selection of OEM parts and if your not sure the parts you are ordering are correct for you model, just provide them with your model information and vin and they will make sure everything is correct and suggest alternatives if they’re not.

They also make it easy to find the parts you’re looking for with their illustrated parts diagrams that are linked to the parts list. Just tap the part you need and it brings up the parts list.
If I have one complaint it would be that the descriptions in the parts list could be a little more comprehensive.

They’re reasonably quick filling the orders, and also reasonably quick getting them to you with multiple shipping options.

The original price of my product was US$219 and around 79 for shipping after I processed that payment they messaged me saying that they quoted me wrong for shipping and it would be an extra $185 because of the timeframe I made the decision to pay the part I paid and then they started ignoring my messages on when it would be shipped, package was supposed to be shipped over a week ago and now I’m having a hard time contacting the company No one will answer emails regarding this. Please do yourselves a favor and don’t buy nothing off of this company, they do very shitty business will take your money hold it for weeks and even hold your refund for weeks from what I read on their reviews.

No one had parts for my 2002 Suzuki except Megazip. They respond to every email I sent . The only issue I have with them is it takes a long time to receive the parts. Be patient ! They have parts no one else has.

I'm impressed twice now you guys have chased down and found hard to get part's without a problem parts that I was told in Australia are obsolete and impossible to get . so I'm very happy

I’ve used Megazip on previous occasions so I knew what to expect.(1):your site is very easy to navigate- from searching for parts through to checkout.(2): I’ve found your pricing to be excellent; as well as your shipping. Shipping costs are excellent; as has been your delivery times. My recent shipment was the cheapest you had( express post I think) and I had it in my hands - halfway across the World in less than 2 weeks.AND It was packed beautifully. Full of cushioning for safety. My gasket was packaged onto stiff cardboard inside the strengthened box. Taped with cotton backed packing tape.
This order met every one of my expectations- but as I said: I’ve used Megazip previously and EVERY experience has been great.
Honestly, there has been nothing a person could find to complain about.
I’ve a1975 Suzuki and a 1980 Honda. These parts were for a2001 Hayabusa. Megazip have had almost All the parts I’ve wanted coupled with good costs and quick shipping. I tend to always try to support companies that perform like Megazip.( Partzilla for instance)

1 star is too much for a lot, buy some lamps from UAE, they are not available, but it show available in the web page, so of I want them they have in JAP with extra money I accepte because I need them, After I month finally arrives to US, when the lamps are in my address I have to pay to Fedex an extra delivery why, megazip are supposed to have the policy door to door and the price it must included in your order with all shipping prices to give you a total price. To pay. No waste money an time with this page

I've been using Megazip for several years to source parts for our Honda and Toyota. Their inventory of parts is huge, I've never had a problem with delivery, and they reply quickly to any queries. The most recent order was for a heat shield for which the dealer was quoting over £100. The same genuine OEM part from megazip was £40 including postage.

I understand that if I were to order particularly large parts it might not be possible to get an immediate delivery cost but again you can place an order and then get confirmation of charges which I don't really see a problem with.

Its getting hard to find spare parts for my 30yr old Toyota. Megazip said they had what I was looking for so I ordered it. Turned up less than two weeks later and is exactly the right part - a perfect replacement. This is the first time I have used them and I will certainly have no hesitation in ordering again from Megazip. Excellent service.
