Scalper store, would not buy here. Complete rip-off pricing.

When there is scarcity in availability, they'll add hundreds if not thousands of euros on top of MSRP. (9800X3D CPUs and now NVIDIA 50 series cards)

Ordered a pc in parts for the 3th time now at Megekko, last December one for me :D and now one for a friend's son.
Ordered at 21.00 on Tuesday and 3 parcels delivered the next day :D nice on time, had to sign for receiving so all secure and well :D the content was correct of course :D Megekko is the best

I bought a screen from Megekko about a year ago. It arrived with a dead pixel, which I reported. At about 11 months in, the monitor started failing to turn on without unplugging and replugging it, and white lines flickered across the screen. I asked for a replacement or a refund, but they insisted on a repair. After sending it in, the monitor was returned still not fully fixed. They stated they wouldn’t consider a different solution until there had been three repairs, and eventually informed me that they wouldn’t respond anymore regarding this issue. They continue to ignore my consumer rights, ECC did not receive a response from them. Next step is court,.. and I fully intent to go.

Amazing service! Quick shipping, and fantastic customer service. I had an AIO come in leaking and broken, and of course requested a return, within three days, I received a replacement without any trouble! Definitely will be going to Megekko in the future for any parts!

Scammers! They sent a broken product and refuse to take it back!
If you want to be stuck with a faulty product, then use this company!

This company just dynamically adjusts prices based on availability (like scalpers do), they simply ask 2k for a 1k product and even if you managed to buy one at 1k they will simply sell available stock to the other customers first that paid more and then tell you that you can either wait or cancel your order. Disgusting practice and i would recommend against doing business with them.

I had couple of issues with the arrival day of my order and with some talk with support it went from 10days waiting to literally next day. I recommend to anyone buying within Netherlands and Belgium to buy from here. Also 0 issue with my the products, all came new without anything being opened prior to being delivered. Really happy and will be my place to go from now on!

odered a pc and monitor from them and i only got the monitor. after a month they still say the pc was delivered even though i have proof from the delivery company that it was not delivered. i have no choice than to proceed with ECC witch will take months to solve.

PC case that I had ordered was not available for quick delivery so the customer support team was very helpful in helping me change to a different color to make sure I can get the product very quickly.
Also very friendly support!

Extremely disappointed with megekko. I would say the worst & unprofessional seller in the Netherlands. Please avoid them at any cost.

I ordered PC parts and was not delivered to me. Someone else had signed for the packages. Upon contacting them, They reflect back on the delivery company. Last time, I checked, its the seller's responsibility to make sure the packages are delivered to the right person. I did not get any help either from the delivery company nor megekko.

Again:"Worst customer service". Doesnt care about customers. I completely lost 1k euro worth of items and megokko replies we cannot further help you.

I placed an order on November 25. Today is December 24, and I still haven’t received anything. According to the Track & Trace, the package was delivered. I thoroughly checked with neighbors, other buildings, etc... The package is lost.

I’ve contacted Megekko in the meantime. After their investigation, they claimed that everything was in order. The GPS data matched, and the driver verbally confirmed (which is not sufficient) that the package was delivered. Megekko has now closed the case.

According to them, they cannot offer a solution. As the sender, they take no responsibility. I requested a signed proof of delivery, but they refuse to request this. It seems they have no motivation to resolve this issue.

I want to warn everyone who orders from them: prevention is better than cure. If something goes wrong or doesn’t suit them, they’ll leave you to fend for yourself.

I have since contacted Nietbezorgd.nl. I’ll write an update about how this case progresses.

Upon receiving the product, I found out it was faulty.

Megekko's prices and delivery for this product were absolutely great. Not to mention, the MSI MAG B650 TOMAHAWK WIFI Motherboard is absolutely amazing. It came pre-installed with the IO-shield and was the perfect fit for my new gaming pc. Amazing!

I ordered a monitor for my business that I urgently needed, but the package was lost (read: stolen) by DHL during delivery.

It’s now been almost a month, and I’ve had to chase Megekko’s customer service for updates—none of which they provide proactively. To make matters worse, they’ve refused to issue a refund for the missing item.

Megekko used to be my go-to for tech purchases, but after this experience, they've completely lost my trust. Abysmal customer service!

The trust is gone. I have a project that urgently needs to be completed. Since the project requires significant GPU computing power, I purchased a new system. I planned a margin of 5 days between selling my old system and receiving the new one. Unfortunately, this proved to be insufficient. No one knows where my package is—neither Megekko nor PostNL.

I risk losing a significant amount of money as the project has a strict deadline. My trust is shattered because PostNL keeps pointing me to Megekko, and Megekko refers me back to PostNL. I am not being helped anymore, nor is a solution being offered. Over and over, I am told to “just be patient.”

Today, I requested a refund, but even that is not possible until they receive more information from PostNL. My disappointment in a retailer has never been this profound. I do not plan on ordering from Megekko again.

I am not exaggerating.
Very good offer and the best service imaginable. 100% recommended.
Will be back for sure!
