We had a humble start in 1969 and now have 3 branches in Mumbai, India. We also have a small set up coming up in the UAE, USA & the UK. I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent purchase of the gem tester from your company.
First of all, I am very satisfied with the product quality, pricing, and overall service. The gem tester works well and meets my expectations. Your team has been helpful, and I truly appreciate your support.
However, I would like to mention one concern regarding the delivery service. The shipment took longer than expected, and the courier company used for my order, Sky King, caused some inconvenience in my area (West Bengal). The delivery person did not deliver the parcel to my address and instead asked me to come to their office to collect it myself. This experience was not professional and was inconvenient.
My suggestion is that, at least for West Bengal, you may consider using a different courier service instead of Sky King. Perhaps other courier partners may provide better door-to-door delivery service in this region.
Apart from this delivery issue, everything else was very good. Thank you for your product and service. I look forward to doing more business with you in the future.

Not a primium product but still it's too expensive. Service is good and it's a trusted website.

Gem display item.
The order was well wrapped and packaged. It was just what I wanted. Years ago, I purchased the same product, and I needed more as my collection has grown. It took longer than I expected, but I'm happy to have received the product.

Heft duty charge on package
The product is good, I have no complaints about it however I had to pay a hefty duty charge on the parcel on arrival which I was not expecting so this is something to watch out for. I paid €153 duty on the stone stencil set.

As much as we are happy to see that you are happy about the product, the heavy custom duty you had to pay saddens us.
We do have mentioned it in our header of our website itself about it and we are also trying to set up small warehouses across the globe starting Dubai , HK and USA this year onwards to tackle with this issue. As of now we are a very small company but are trying hard and will try and compensate for this in your future purchase for sure
