I ordered a lovely bracelet, which was despatched quickly but appeared to be lost in transit, rather worryingly. I e-mailed Mejoma, who responded within minutes, and assured me another bracelet would be sent to me by courier should my order have gone astray.
The service was wonderful - very rare nowadays - and Antonia was amazing. So good to deal with someone who actually cares. I am so impressed.
