Amazing cultural clothes made with really good materials. Issues sorted out by Lara speedily. That’s the reason for giving a five star review. Will definitely use Melanin World Plus again.

Quick delivery

I bought 4 items.
2 arrived, 2 never got delivered. Tracking is stuck on " out for delivery" for the last 22 days. I have contacted Customer Services for help regarding this, they don't seem to be bothered, they don't want to refund and are asking me to go ask Evri.Evri doesn't have Customer Services. They only use automated bots.
The 2 received are not true to size and the fabric is not the authentic African cotton.
They're cheap imitations and make from China, however, very, very expensive 😳.
I will not attempt to buy from Melanin world plus ever again.
Waste of money and non existent CS.
Only buy from them if you want some overly expensive cheap imitations from China and very very rude and non existent Customer Service.

I was looking for a hoodie that had a kemetic vibe. I stumbled on this website and seen the perfect one. There's also some other designs which would of worked too.

We ordered a spectacular outfit . However we were unable to get it in the colour we wanted so we chose another colour . Unfortunately it didn’t match our thoughts on how it would look . Perhaps the correct colour would have made the difference . We were able to return the item and received a full refund . In conclusion our experience as a customer was really good .

This was my first time buying from this company, so I didn't have high expectations, but I was very impressed! The dress was extremely high quality, and they sent another package as well, one welcoming me with two bracelets. Wonderful customer service, only negative is that the zipper on the dress was jammed, but that was an easily fixed problem.

A little extra personal touch from the business, sent post order was very appreciated. Great service.

The items when Finally received were nice. However, the long wait times put me off! I found I was having to contact you to establish where my items were....something I'm not use to from other companies, who provide regular updates....That's not to say I would not purchase again, but won't be in a hurry to do so.

Lara goes above and beyond for her customers. We needed our outfits quickly as we had a performance that weekend. Lara brought our outfits customers down to us. And gave us a lovely gift each. The clothes looked fantastic on the band.

I have ordered from this site a few times and everything went well. I have contacted the site by WhatsApp that was located on the site and I got immediate response. I will definitely shop with them again. The product is satisfactory.
