Excellent

Excellent! I was given accurate details about supply and delivery. I had been let down by other companies when attempting to purchase the same product. I buy dark truffle chocolate figs every year at least and will buy from you in the future.

Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service.
I was well informed regarding delivery and given the option of out to nominate a neighbour S my stuff had to be signed for.
The clams arrived in bottles but so well packed that everything was sup herb. I was also give. Instructions what to do if the product was damaged. The product was excellent. I will buy from them again. Truly a 5 star service from initial order to delivery and excellent quality. Thank you a pleasure to deal with you .

An important fixture on our Christmas Grocery Shopping

Every year we return to Melbury & Appleton, and every year it exceeds our expectations. The selection seems to be ever expanding, but the constants remain and we are always very impressed with the products. I am also always pleased with the rapid delivery, care and attention to the packing of the items, and the sheer ease with which this annual set of purchases are fulfilled. I really should start looking at other points in the year where I can utilise Melbury & Appleton more, I am sure I would not be disappointed!
